Works well, but it's not aesthetically pleasing.
This gives a slightly plastic finish, so I would not use where it is very visible like exterior walls, but painted over a leaking cemented crack in capping blocks, it has soaked in and the leak is completely gone. It just needed painting on. It comes with a fabric glove, but I'm not sure what that's for, I used rubber as I wouldn't want this on my skin.

Cost me £4000 in DAMGES!!!
Just gone out to see how well it held up. As it rained last nightIt's dissolved and leaked into my STERILE COLD WATER THERAPY BARREL and CHILLER.My custom built outhouse. Whiskey barrel, chiller system. The all lot is contaminated and a sticky mess. Including electronic tools. There's approx £4000 worth off damages. All useless now. This thing actually made my Outhouse leak. No leaks to i used this product.£4000 worth off damages because off this god awful item. And the seller offered me a £10 refund. Not even full refund a PARTIAL REFUND.

Works well and good price
Well this certainly seems to waterproof concrete or brick work. The gloves supplied were far too small for me, but not a big issue to get some more latex gloves, the brush supplied is quite poor and did the job, just, but were ready for the bin at the end of the job.All in all works well but dropped a star because of the gloves and poor brush.

More information about the product would give greater confidence in it.
The tub of waterproofing agent arrived with a number of peripherals, 3 applicator brushes and a paint roller, a pair of gloves and a putty knife / scraper. The tub is said to hold 102 fluid oz of material, so a little under 3 litres. If effective (I am yet to know how well the coating will hold up over time) then it will be worth the not inconsiderable cost of the product which is currently £46.99 with a 20% voucher. In places that damp or water leakage could cause expensive damage this is a small price to pay for prevention. However to justify its relatively high cost I think the seller could take steps to increase the confidence of the purchaser. The quality of the peripherals, the brushes and roller is not great, not a problem in practice but in my case detracted from my confidence in the product. I realise this is a little illogical. The other thing that would have given me more confidence would be a written manual or user instructions, perhaps with a contact address for technical advice, discussing the properties of the sealant material as well as application instructions. The only information of this sort was a brief sentence on the label saying to apply a second coat after 12 hours. There is no indication, for example of whether it could be appropriate to thin the sealant down for larger areas, and if so what with, etc.I realise I might be nitpicking but, as I say, the above would give more confidence in the product. Finally on this note, I am assuming that there are no potentially harmful chemicals in the product as there would be a legal requirement to list them for UK sales.Waterproofing sealants vary a lot in price depending on the type and it is impossible to make a judgement about the value of this without knowing more about it. For my rating I will give it the benefit of the doubt about its quality and longevity and will give a mid rating of 3 stars. I may come back to this review depending on longer term experience of the product.

Excellent
Great value set. Just paints on with a brush. Works well. Put some on my garage wall that was getting a bit of damp on inside. Once dried tried watering with hosepipe and the water just ran off it. Very pleased with it. .

Transparent waterproof sealant with accessories
If you need to waterproof your brickwork this is worth considering. We have a few places in our house where water penetrates through outer walls - some brick, some rendering, some stone etc. we had been told about these waterproofing products so requesting this QUKLOGEN 102Fl.oz Invisible Waterproof Agent Indoor/Outdoor Waterproof Coating Set with accessories seemed the ideal solution. You get a big tub (102 fluid ounces which I think is about 3 litres) and several accessories (see photo) of gloves, paint brushes, roller, scraper etc. The gloves are a bit small but they do stretch and I have my own safety gloves to wear anyway. The liquid is really easy to apply - I just brushed it on (although you could use the roller if preferred). At first pass it has a mild creamy look to it - but that is actually helpful because it shows where you have painted or not - rather than being totally clear and you have to guess/judge where you have painted and you always end up missing bits.Once initially dried/cured the cream effect fades to become completely transparent, and the liquid does seem to self level; i.e. brush marks/runs become less obvious - there is probably a professional term for that but I dont know it.After 12 hours you need to apply a second coat at right angles to your first coat (i.e. horizontal or vertical)I've only trialled it on a small area of unobtrusive brickwork because I wanted to test it first before I applied the whole tub.The tub states a shelf life of 24 months which I think is great.Initially views are that it is easy to apply and has a clear, slightly glossy finish. The main test of how waterproof it actually is will be when the heavy rains start - but at the moment it seems to do a good job.I will update my review if there are any significant changes.
