Packed Well and Easy to Setup
This grill came in a wooden box with some serious packing inside to make sure it arrived undamaged. It took about an hour or so to put together, most of which was unpacking it. You only need a screw driver to assemble. For those who might panick about the screw packs as they unpack everything, they are in a box inside the oven. This is a sturdy and great looking unit and beats having a table top version.

Don’t know can’t get to ignite
The igniter does not work so until I fix what can I tell you it’s shine

Doesn't work as advertised buyer be ware.
This product claims to reach temperatures of 700-1000 degrees F. It got as high as just under 600 degrees and that took an hour and 15 minutes not the 15 minute pre heat the product claims. Never could start without a lighter and had to press in on the thermostat knob for an uncomfortably long time before it would stay lit. Complete FAIL for this product. Would have given it zero stars if I could.
