The arrival boxed mattress is a killer but the mattress is marvelous
This weighed 300+ pounds in its box so I feel you would need help dealing with this. Once unwrapped it exploded into a full size mattress. Easier to deal with. I broke my back and had to do something about my old mattress. At under $400 dollars I felt I could not go too wrong. It has been wonderful. The support is there and I wake with so much less pain. I am so very pleased. I put it on top of my old box springs only so I could keep my high bed. So very pleased

Frustrated by the fluff of mattress store sales tactics, so I looked at AMZ & found this dream mattress!! Goldilocks approved... #justright Order & delivery were a cinch - UPS driver did the heavy lifting. Mattress is packaged well in a tiny box. Make sure you have plenty of space for opening the box & removing the packaging!!Air out for 2-3 days, cover with normal bedding, and enjoy your first good night's sleep. You won't want to leave the bed! 12" is the perfect size & the hybrid construction offers unbelievable comfort. Regular-queen linens fit perfectly. Mattress-in-a-Box is a strange concept till you realize how much sense it makes. Cut out the 'middle-man' and order directly from AMZ Prime. Serta is a classic brand for a reason - hi-quality product for a fair price & years of construction experience.

Good Budget buy
I ordered this Monday afternoon and it was delivered yesterday afternoon. The mattress started to inflate before I even finished taking the shrink wrap off! Less than 10 minutes later the mattress was at 12 inches but I am leaving it to "breathe" for another day. I did do a quick test lay and it was perfect not to soft and not too firm. I'll update after some time.

Great mattress! I had another mattress that was too firm and sagged in the middle. I ordered this one and wished I had done it sooner!!

ZERO Customer Service
Zero customer service.This mattress is supposed to have “three zone firmness” which implies that there should be a top/head and bottom/foot. It did not come with any such instructions. It is not marked. How is one supposed to find where these firmness zones are???I contacted Amazon customer service, they referred me to the Serta website, again no instructions and no customer service. I filled out the form for help, and have never received any type of response.On the positive side, I was looking for a “firm” mattress and it is that.

If you want an inexpensive, soft mattress, this would be great.
This was much softer than I expected, and within just a few weeks of use, the edges started to collapse (neither my husband or I is particularly large or heavy, either).
