Way better than expected
I bought this to clean my porch furniture and decided to hit the columns while I was at it. The columns have had green yuck on them for a long time and I was resolved to have them painted this spring because I couldn’t get them clean. This stuff got rid of the green stuff that even bleach couldn’t tackle! See before and after photos

Works as advertised
Applied to white vinyl siding on shady side of house that was in desperate need of a good pressure washing. I just sprayed the whole bottle on and let it soak. I was a bit disappointed with how much green still remained when I was done but by the next day it was 95% bright white again. $10 dollars and 10 minutes instead of all that time and effort pressure washing = SOLD. Pretty good results with no scrubbing or high pressure. The max reach on spray bottle was about 15 feet (plus your own height) and it’s a very wet job if you’re trying to reach a 2nd story so wear gloves cover eyes and don’t wear any clothes you wouldn’t want getting bleach spots. If you’re too lazy to rinse it off like I was suggest keep cars and feet away from drips and out of puddles until they dry. I saved the empty spray bottle can probably reuse it get same results with 25 cents worth of a diluted bleach and water mixture.

Worth a try for the money!
I bought this wash as a cheap and easy way to make my house look better. I have old, white aluminum siding that probably hasn't been cleaned in years and the house sees a lot of dust and smoke residue from wildfires nearby. I didn't notice a huge difference as I was cleaning, probably because rinsing the dirt off was a huge improvement. However the next day when it was sunny and I was driving home from work my house was noticably much brighter! For the price and the ease of use I would definitely suggest the Mr. Clean spray! PS- it's worth noting that I also used it on my patio and it worked really well.

A powerful bleach aroma with a hint of Antarctic cedar
Hey so this stuff is like diluted bleach water. Now, it seems to be a solid ratio that I would surely have screwed up on my own, that will clean and not kill plant life. They tell you to soak the plants with pure water prior to using the chemical, I did this and it worked out. Works good to clean siding, patio cement, gutter mildew, etc.

Doesn’t replace pressure washing
IT Does work to a point; my windows and screens look great and the overall cleanliness of the exterior brick looks refreshed. However the brick would be just as clean if I hosed it off and since I live in Florida this didn’t remove the built up of dirt on gutters and window seals. Overall I’d use it again just for screens and light jobs but it doesn’t t place pressure washing just a quick in between cleaning.

Use of product is a challenge, but still useful for broad cleaning
Do this to the exterior before doing anything else, then follow up with other cleaning procedures as needed. The bottle comes with several choices of nozzle selection. I just couldn't get one I liked. However, there's no way to adjust the water volume without going back to the faucet. The bottle is heavy, and makes directing the spray somewhat awkward. It gets everything, including me, wet. The product itself smells of bleach, and it was hard to tell if it was even coming out. I like seeing a bit of suds. Heavy dirt and grime, and globs of dirt still need to be sponged or scrubbed. We have so much water pressure I got a lot of dirt off using a regular hose nozzle, even without the soap.

Absolutely no scrubbing!
I was skeptical at first because I had so much algae on my siding. I just sprayed it and then let it set for about 15 minutes, then went back and rinsed it off. To my surprise it almost all came off. I did do a second pass about an hour later on the second story of the house and then it all came off absolutely no scrubbbing. I would highly recommend this for removing algae that grows in vinyl siding.

Makes it easy to clean RV canopy
This is the best product ever for cleaning mildew stains off an RV canopy. My husband and I are too old to be getting on ladders and scrubbing overhead. This we just spray on, roll up for 15 minutes, and rinse.
