Just my experience for last 4 years
Always great, last 4 years continuously bought 2 or more at a time. Last 3 times, just stopped working. Bought other things to try, my lips are really bad. Will probably go back to having one on hand. Feels great on lips but isn’t healing them. Really think they may have changed formula. Not sure.
