I love this product. I take it daily and it is very effective with no gas. I use it also when I have digestive issues. Stops diarrhea easily. Excellent product!

It Works
I use this to add more fiber to my diet. I am ordering it from Amazon because I can't find it anymore in any of the retail stores. Easier than powder
The powder stir in fiber drink makes you feel stuffed. Citracal doesn’t and it works better. Simple.
