First day of use, I am very impressed with the product. App could use a little work with the user interface but the toothbrush itself and all the accessories are fantastic and perform as advertised. I got it on sale and am very pleased with my purchase. My wife has the 5700 model and likes it alot too but without app integration its harder to know when you are lacking in an area of the mouth. I strongly recommend this product for anyone that wants a great toothbrush with guidance on ways to improve my oral hygiene.

Best toothbrush I’ve purchased to date. I had an old basic Sonicare tooth brush for over 7 years and while it still worked I decided it was time for a replacement. The app integration with the toothbrush is top notch. First time brushing with the new brush left my teeth feeling cleaner than my old brush would. The different power levels and modes are great if my teeth are being sensitive. The travel case will definitely come in handy for work and pleasure trips.

This was the first electric toothbrush I've owned and I've been really happy with it. It looks cool, it's comfortable, it works well, and it leaves your teeth feeling really clean. The battery lasts quite a while between charges. The longest I've gone without charging it was 8 days and it was still going strong. After three years and two months the wiggly bit went all floppy. I can hear something inside of it is loose when I shake it a little. Given the price, I was a little disappointed that it didn't last longer. I called customer support and they agreed to replace it once even though it was out of warranty. As long as the second one lasts just as long, I will feel like I've gotten my money's worth out of it and this thing will retain it's 5-star review from me. As for now, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

The mechanism that transmits vibration to the brush head fails. The brush head rattles but does not vibrate effectively, making this no better than regular old toothbrush that costs $330. This is my second of this model. The first one lasted 3 years. The second lasted 3 months. I used Perplexity AI to search for customer complaints. Here it is: Common concerns reported by owners of the HX9954 model include moisture infiltration and seal deterioration, which can allow water to reach the internal electronics and battery contacts over time. This water exposure may lead to issues such as corrosion on the circuit board, lower-than-expected battery voltage, or complete device failure if not addressed promptly. Some users have also experienced a loose screw within the handle’s oscillator mechanism, causing excessive noise or vibrations until the screw is tightened again. So for years I've apparently been brushing too hard, and my dentist finally forced me into the electric toothbrush market. After doing some research it appears that Sonicare is legitimately better than Oral-B in plaque removal (around 15-20%) but is quite a bit more expensive on average. I tried the Oral-B option first and it was okay, but bothered my gums on the side of my mouth that I really brushed too hard on. The vibration isn't really intense at all, and I actually enjoy it compared to the circular brushing pattern of the Oral-B. It also allows you to get more paste on the brush compared to Oral-B, which is a positive since I always felt like I was "running dry" with that brush. So now I'm using this brush and I think it's fantastic, none of the sensitive spots I have in my mouth are triggered by it and I genuinely feel like I've just come back from a cleaning (in terms of cleanliness, not gum pain lol). So the toothbrush itself is nice, it's easy to select modes and holds a charge for quite awhile. The main difference between this brush and the 'dumb' versions other than the app is that it actually has a pressure light at the base of the toothbrush. (Which I like) The app is decent, but not really worth the money in my opinion. It's tracking tech works okay for the most part, but gets screwy if you move your head around, or look down at the phone. You can compare this to the Oral-B which actually requires you to hold your camera to watch you brush, and is even worse in quality.

Beautiful classy design - great smart app that actual tells you which areas of the mouth to improve upon for your next brush and gives you extra time to touch up missed spots. All heads included are quality and looks great on my bathroom counter.

I’ve been using this toothbrush for about two years, no complains! I like the travel box that I can easily bring it with me, and leave it in the luggage cuz the toothbrush actually last about a week(or even more, didn’t actually try the limit but it’s pretty long).
