Overall these seem alright. I don't know that I have noticed much difference with them but I definately don't have any side effects.

Bacopa has distinctly sharpen my thinking n memory since I began taking it 6 months ago. I take it with Ginko which improves blood flow to the brain and at 80 years of age I am very pleased with the results.

I work long hours from home, have three cats, kids, wife, and travel a lot for business. I have been taking this supplement for about two months and I am very happy with the results. I have more mental clarity, feel less stressed, and believe that I am able to remember more things. In a nutshell both memory and mental agility have improved. Although it is difficult to assign a value to such improvement (and some of it might be cause by a placebo effect), I can tell you that I will continue taking this herbal supplement and see if the effect does not wash out over time. I am so happy that, in fact, I subscribed to get this delivered every three months via Amazon.The bottle has 180 capsules and to get the 2000 MG dosage you need to take two capsules daily. I typically take them in the morning with breakfast. There are presentations with lower Bacopa concentration per capsule but I decided to try these to see if the effect was noticeable, and thankfully it is. I could not find any downside to taking this on the internet. So far, there are no secondary reactions of any type. What else can I say? Just give them a try!
