I have been losing my hair since the beginning of 2018 and was medically tested to see why I am loosing so much hair. There is no reason for the hair loss, so no magic pill for me. When I wash my hair, it fills up the drain so much that I have to push it aside to let the water drain. I have only been washing my hair once a week because of this. The first time that I used the shampoo and conditioner, there was about 3/4 of the amount of hair that fell out this time. Even though I don't wash my hair every day, I do apply the treatment everyday. I was shocked to see that the next time that I washed my hair, not even 1/4 of the hair fell out. This product is amazing! I tossed away the Wig Catalog that I have been looking at and look forward to my next hair washing. I have done tons of research about hair loss and have found that you should not purchase a product that has not been Clinically Tested. Not only has this product been Clinically Tested but it is Guaranteed. How Great is that. I reached out to the Company today to ask a question and was emailed back within minutes. The person that I talked to was great. Fantastic Product and Fantastic Customer Service, you can't get better then that.

What I like:-Nice fancy box (however, it'd be a good idea if they can cut the cost of it to make product more affordable)-Mild minty smell (like mint candy)-Conditioner gives a cooling/refreshing sensation-Clean, No slippery feeling after rinsing off the conditioner (you know, slippery like lotion)What I don't like:-Shampoo has light blue color (why? I don't need more color dye around me; if they claim it natural, make it natural!!)-Sizes are quite small for the price, I think. (Shampoo - 8 oz, conditioner - 8 oz, treatment - 2 oz).*I reccomend to use fingers not comb after spraying treatment. I have really fine hair that gets tangled all the time; using comb with wet knotted hair will do more damaging than helping.** Will come back to give you an update after using it for some more time to see if they actually work!

I have had some thinning hair since taking high blood pressure medication plus my hair is fine so I have had a love/hate relationship with my hair for a while now. I am not sure this product is helping to grow more hair or thicken it, but I love how my hair feels after using the shampoo and conditioner. Brushing wet hair is so easy now - I am getting less breakage and less hair in my brush so that seems to be a good thing. I really like the smell and the conditioner makes my skin tingle which is kind of nice. The after wash spray does seem to give my hair more lift when blow drying. It's a little pricey which is why I gave it 4 stars but I plan on purchasing again.

Absolutely horrendous. I had the worst reaction to the shampoo and spray. I've never in my life had an allergic reaction to anything in my 44 years on earth. I first felt a burning on my scalp and then anywhere my wet hair or the spray touched turned bright red and extraordinaryly hot like a sun burn. It hurt so bad I got in a cold shower for 15 minutes and rewashed my hair 6 times. I have time stamped photos, so no this is not a regular sunburn. I live in Wisconsin and it's around 56 degrees here. This is a real horrible reaction. I absolutely deserve every penny of my money back and really hope the company reaches out to me to do so. Honestly, the worst that's ever happened to me and I've been coloring my hair for 20 years. I attached a photo at the end of the same day just a couple hours later to show my skin was not burned like that before I used it and that it gradually faded after I got it off my skin. My scalp and skin still hurt today, sore and itchy. It goes all the say up to my forehead, face, shoulders, chest. You can see the painful rash like spots on my chest too. Just give me my money back.

I am very happy! At first, I worried about the burn effect, but began to realize my scalp was being manipulated only where I am having hair loss. After awhile I have noticed the burn effect lessened and my very fine hair is gaining strength. It is too soon to determine if I am gaining new hair where I have lost hair. My only concern is that I can not use it daily as recommended as I am on social security and without employment that is regular. The little bottle is almost gone as I refuse to cut my hair short. However, I am not losing hair by the handfuls any longer. I will continue to use this product as best I can.

I can’t say it helps me grow hair BUT it def helps with my hair loss. My fav hair loss shampoo and conditioner.

I am of an age that my hair is thinning and it was always fine to start with. A few months ago I noticed more and more hair loss after/during washing my hair. I decided that it was time to do research and find a new shampoo and conditioner. I was using anything that my husband bought. Usually it was whatever was on sale at the supermarket. I found this shampoo and it really does work. It has been working for me. I have noticed less breakage and new growth were I had hair loss. I posted a picture. My hair is less dull as well. I really like this system.

I recently ordered the TOV LABS System for fine and thinning hair. (Quite frankly, I ordered 2 boxes of the products.) Have been using the product for about a month now. I've noticed my hair growing a bit faster and there seems to be less breakage. Hair loss is just a bit less noticeable, but my hair is not splitting and breaking! Not good for color-treated hair but, it its' defense, it didn't advertise that it was. I am okay with that.I do want to continue using this product. I feel it will help my hair with continued use.I give this product 5 Stars!!
