Quiet plus it works from a good distance. Rotates, has a light and 3 speeds!

This fan really moves a lot of air and is very quiet.

For starters, it does blow air. It does oscillate. It does light up.It is not, however, "bladeless". It is not an ionic fan. The base of the fan has a regular bladed fan and it pulls in air from the base and blows it out of tiny openings in the edge of the curved "duct" above. Air does not move through that duct unless it is pulled by the air being forced through those openings.Does this matter to you? Maybe. Inexpensive bladed fans will wear and get unbalanced when dust accumulates on them. A true "bladeless" fan wouldn't have that issue. Also, if you bought a fan specifically to have air moved through that curved duct, it won't.

I was looking for a fan for my desk at work that wouldn’t be hard to clean and keep clean. This fan blows as cold as the arctic!

Use this in our bedroom. Keeps dust free as opposed to a normal fan.

Barely pushes air.

The fan is very nice, the little night light is lovely, as well as the little rotation of the fan. Now what gets me is WHY THE HECK WOULD ANYONE MAKE A FAN WITH A 1’ CORD knowing you shouldn’t hook a fan up to an extension cord. Another thing is customers are correct about this crazy whining noise these things make. Should be a recall on the noise alone but hey I guess I had to find out what made this baby tick. It’s a beauty but really not worth the pain. Buy a better personal fan for a bit more money and make yourself happy. The noise will drive you crazy.
