This is a nice set of tuning forks & I’m really enjoying them. They have a real nice sound to them. Not sure of the therapeutic benefits at this time, but they really do have a way of setting some calm to your environment. Each fork & the mallet have their own separate slot sown into a velvety drawstring bag & they fit perfectly.I do wish this set included even just some sort of basic informational sheet for beginners. It came with no literature at all, so you’re on you own. I did some digging & found the book “Tuning the Human Biofield” by Eileen Day McKusick to be a real good primer on vibrational sound therapy & I’m currently reading it. It has a great section on forks that has already got me on the right track & is a pretty easy read...you may wanna check it out if you’re new to this stuff like me.All in all, this seems to be a nice set for beginners & even just for folks that want to make pretty sounds for the heck of it. I can definitely recommend them.

This set comes with three forks, a mallet, a cleaning cloth and allen wrench for adjustments all in a bag sized to fit the forks and hold them separately. It's a really nice quality set. The forks are heavy and put of a nice tone.
