Good quality probiotic. Easy to swallow I haven't noticed any side effects. I have noticed my gut health improve since starting these. No bad taste. I don't get a real herbal smell when taking them or from the bottle. They are a capsule from so very easy to swallow.

Not much difference, not a detectable improvement in health or secretion. An expensive experiment for sure.

i bought this at the AVN's. i didn't think it would work but was worth a shot.. i'm in my 60's and I love this! it works i get so wet and it makes me horny. the 4 pills is a bit much. so i started with 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. now i just take 2 every morning to maintain the wetness and the horninest
