I’ve got allergies to bell peppers, paprika, & chilis. Most ramen vegetables have all these items in it and it took me a while to find something that was safe for me. I purchased to sample this as I am away from home for more than 8 hours a day and eating out does get expensive. I love the taste of the vegetables and texture because I’ve added this to my ramen. I do appreciate that the veggies are in a twist top container which makes it sturdier. Again, this was far more than I expected because a teaspoon goes a long way once the vegetables are added to water/liquid. Very convenient and easy to make. I love the texture of the shiitake mushrooms and the cabbage in my ramen. It makes it more filling and gives it more flavor. It will be a another future purchase for me.

So good! I have ceramic ramen bowls that have lids, so I don't cook any of the soup in the pot - I just put the toppings and seasoning and dry noodles in the bowl, pour the boiling kettle water over it and let it sit with the lid on. Doing it like that, everything has always came out so flavorful and soft, I've never had a problem with anything tasting dry or hard or chewy. The shiitakes are particularly yummy.

Really good, love that spice is separate so I can adjust heat level. Great addition to my ramen and easy. Do boil longer which makes texture even better

A nice variety to add to either your Ramen or even just a basic broth. Rehydrate well.

Good but wish it was organic

The ramen toppings looked to be a good value, however the bag arrived damaged at the bottom. The taste and texture of the eggs seem fine after rehydration, but I am apprehensive to continue use of a product with damaged packaging. Please be aware that this item is not eligible for returns or replacement. Overall, the value (if undamaged) is good, and the eggs have good flavor with the expected foamy texture of dried ramen eggs. Due to the broken package and poor return policy, however, this product receives two less stars for an overall rating of 3 stars.

I love the flavor and convenience. But too carby. Added sugar?
