This thing is fantastic for the price. it is almost silent. it seems to be built well. it doesn't seem to move that much air but in reality, it makes a big difference moving the heat throughout the room. it fit perfect on my little buddy heater. my only complaint is the thermometer is more designed for a wood stove not the little buddy, but I used a cheap handheld laser thermometer and then turned the Guage in the magnet to calibrate it, so it is much more accurate to show the approximate plate temp not the temp of the heat coming directly off the heater. overall, it works fantastic

I bought a portable gas heater for garage work in the winter. This fan works like magic to help spread the warm air around the garage, with no additional cords to run or worry about. Just start the heater and the fan starts running. Bracket and fan are very easy to install on the heater.

Received on time, well packaged, and in good condition. This is my second fan ( for my #2 Big Buddy Propane Heater ) In a word, they are great! When the power is out in deep snow country - warmth means survival. These fans go to work within a minute, distributing comforting warmth throughout the room, without use of electricity or batteries, and as long as there is heat - they never quit. They have proven to be a valuable investment. As a side note: They're not just for wood stoves or portable heaters, you can set them on the stove top or open oven door to circulate residual heat from kitchen cooking into the home area. ( Why wouldn't you?! ) They quickly pay for themselves. Highly Recommended.

Works wonders it used to take my room 4-6 hours to warm up in the morning when it was 20 degrees outside with this fan it takes maybe an 1 hour, it was also easy to install on the Mr buddy heater, you barely hear it and it came with everything it needed.

It actually WORKS! This is the first heat powered fan I've purchased that actually moves air instead of just spinning for show. It powers up quickly and creates perceptible current quietly. I've bought 2 now for Buddy heaters (it comes with attachment for this) and if these turn out to be durable, I'll likely buy more for my wood stove as the price is fair.

This works really well for my buddy heater. It took me less than a minute to install the screws into the metal plate, and then just slides right into the grates. It's small and compact, so you can easily if in an ice bucket. Once your buddy heater is one, it does take awhile for the fan to heat up that causes the electricity to power the fan. If you leave your fan outside though with your gear and the fan itself is cold, it will take longer for it to reach the desired temperature to actually generate power to the fan. I fish in a i949 Eskimo with my small buddy heater and I can tell there is a HUGE difference in heat dispersion. The noise level is also minimal. One thing to note though is when you start to pack up, the plate and the fan will be VERY hot. I normally place it on the ice and it makes the awesome sizzling noise and eats away at the ice, but if you do that don't let it sit too long on the ice or it will literally freeze to the ice. That's the only downside of this product is you just need to be careful when packing up, but overall for what it costs and what it does, worth it. I would maybe go two of them if you have a big buddy heater and need to move air around a bigger popup.

Nice "little fan". Works well. Construction looks good. Runs good. Don't expect lots of air movement. However, it does help circulate the heat. Very quiet.

This is not a bolt on item, more like a place on item. Best assembled on site rather than assembled and transported. Simple, easy, effective!
