I've been using the Arm-Exerciser for a while now and I've found it to be quite beneficial. It's incredibly easy to use and it's encouraged me to work out more, even when I'm just sitting on the sofa.The hydraulic resistance is a significant upgrade over the rubber band resistance I've encountered with other similar devices. It provides a consistent level of resistance throughout the entire motion, ensuring a more comprehensive workout.I've noticed that it not only works out my arms but also engages my chest and shoulder muscles. That was a pleasant surprise, as it's effectively turned this into a multi-purpose exercise tool.One potential area for improvement would be the addition of adjustable resistance levels. As it stands, the hydraulic resistance is one-size-fits-all, which might not suit everyone's fitness level or goals.In conclusion, the Arm-Exerciser is a simple yet effective tool for at-home workouts. It's easy to use, provides good resistance, and targets multiple muscle groups. It's not perfect, but it's certainly a worthwhile addition to my fitness routine.

Only my second day with this item but it works grewat. Nice resistance and easy to use. I know this will help with my exercise routine. Very sturty with a quailty build. I think it will hold up a long time.

The resistance allows even the strongest to be challenged. My pecs have gotten noticeably stronger and I've been able to go from 60kg to 120 kg in a matter of months. This has been great in the office. 4 stars because this thing came scratched up, the stickers started peeling relatively quickly, and it squeaked out of the box. I, unfortunately, missed the exchange period, but make sure to test it out before you integrate this into your routine. I use this daily since it's incredibly portable. Also be sure to check the bolt on the bottom.

I changed my review to 5 stars. It is a great product the first one I received had a flaw. It had a little click motion at the spread position and then started leaking. I thought I was going to have an issue getting a replacement but the flaw seemed to be during the prime days on the 10/11. The new one is perfect. No catch and no leaks. Great for a change up from pushups.

I was not sure what I would get when I ordered this. Being a powerlifter, I use very heavy weight and these types of devices usually do not have enough resistance for my larger muscles so I assumed I would just be using it for shoulders. I was wrong! It has a very high amount of resistance and I have been able to get a pump on my chest and lat muscles.In addition to the obvious exercises like pec flies, I have found ways to use it to do (all one-arm simulating dumbells) bench press, rowing, tricep presses, bicep curls, and even abs. I get a really good pump. I go to a gym every couple of weeks and find that I lose no strength working out with this device instead of weights and weight machines.In addition to using it at home, I will definitely have this be my trusty travel gym!

1. The oily residue started to leak after a few weeks of use. The drips turned into a constant stream within 3 months of occasional use.2. The bolts and nuts do not have proper washers to prevent loosening. Since repetitive motion is what this device it meant for, this causes the nuts to go loose after a few uses. Generally a poor design with misaligned plastic details here and there.It rests in my garbage bin. I won't be buying a similar "hydraulic" product from others either because they all appear to be the same product sold under a different name.

Liked how easy it is to use. Offers a wide spread of incremental adjustments + or - for resistance (would be nice to know how much each turn/increment equates too). However after four and half months it was drained of nearly all of the hydraulic fluid. Doesn't offer a warranty (At least I can't find any info.) Plus you can't refill or repair the item with common tools. I still use it but it's compromised and it doesn't work right after a few pumps.

The media could not be loaded.  Los primeros dias funciono bien pero despues de una semana, empece a notar que manchaba y vi que era aceite. Ya del tiempo que lo compre a la fecha tira mucho aceite y he sentido como ya ha disminuido su resistencia. Envio Video solo hice 10 reps, y ya empezo a tirar aceite.
