I would give it a negative 10 stars if I could. Charged it and tried it out. It felt pretty good. Tried to use it a day later, and it won't come on. I charged it - that wasn't the problem (the light was green). I hasn't come back on since. Waste of time and money.

Arrived on time. Didn't have any instructions but works instinctively. Turned it on and my neck pain instantly felt better. Use it in the car on a long drive or after a day of work. Can adjust intensity and I must say its intensity is pretty strong which is something that I really like.

The concept is great but it’s just not strong enough on my back. If you like light massage like Swedish this might work for you. The neck part works great the shoulder part not so much. Sticking with my pulse massager.

I really wanted to love this thing. Unfortunately, it fell flat of my expectations. The space where it sits on the shoulders is too narrow. The bottom fingers don't grip my back like it shows the pictures. It also feels very mechanical because the pressure is pretty strong. It feels ok on my arms and legs. I found myself constantly adjusting it to make it fit just right. I tried positioning my foot on it. That was the best it felt but still annoying because it's difficult to keep it positioned. I had to kind of slide and move my foot in between the rollers and test different areas to get it right. I could never get it to massage my arch just right. All in all I don't think I'll be keeping it. I bought it for my shoulders and it's not very good at that.
