Neil Enterprises Inc. 2.25" Metal Button Parts for Neil Button Machine - Pack of 1000

I have ordered these parts in the past and they have been fantastic for my Neil button maker! This past order of a thousand, however, left me with mylar(plastic) sheets that seem too big to wrap the buttons. They bubble out on the sides and make for ugly, peeling buttons. I'm not sure what happened here, but there may have been a change in manufacturer? I've been using this button maker for a long time so I doubt it's user error.The metal parts are great as always though! Some a little bent, but most are 100% usable and sturdy. I just am not sure what to do about these wonky mylar parts because it leaves my parts useless.

I would like to get the film replaced as they are different from those I received in previous orders.

Pin can at times come loose.

These are really well made pieces-we rarely have a failure and the ones we have are usually due to human error. Great parts, they make great buttons!

All button parts were in box. Counted each part in box, to make sure. I received faster than expected delivery date given/expected.
