Old time scales

This was purchased to be used as a prop and I wasn’t expecting much with the cost of the item.However, upon opening there’s a fair bit of damage. One of which you could argue that it happened during delivery, but I’d be surprised if the other two were.- One of the trays had been crushed (could’ve happened during delivery). They’re only a thin material so this could happen very easily.- The metal work on the base has been bent, presumably whilst being installed, meaning that it doesn’t sit flush with the wood.- The metal work on the scales is bent, meaning the scales won’t actually work as the it not gets stuck on one side.I haven’t got time to send it back for a refund, as it’s needed fairly shortly and I can’t get another one here in time, so I’m going to attempt to sort it myself. I just wanted others to be warned of the potential issues they also might get.

The item took ages to be delivered and when delivered was rusting all over and had a strange odour. I was disappointed at first and then it grew on me.

Its way too small, infact that small it fitted through my letterbox.Its more for a ornament.Took weeks to get delivered
