these things are amazing
Still trying to figure out how these things work so well. I can put couple burgers or pieces of fish on the plate and they're thawed before I know it. So simple and so much better than trying to thaw in the microwave and ending up half way cooking my food. And it takes up so little space. Recommend this for any kitchen.

Love this defrosting plate
I couldn't believe it until I actually used it and defrosted 3 nice sized pieces of steak, which were totally defrosted in 2 hours. I don't know how I survived without one of these plates in the past! It is so easy to clean; I don't know if I'm doing it right, but I wipe it down with a disinfecting cloth, making sure I get well into the grooves, then I wipe it down with warm water, dry it and put it in a plastic bag for protection. That's it. It is so useful; I highly recommend.
