SeaskinPlus Size 3mm Shorty Wetsuit for Mens and Womens

Got this suit to do cardio in for keeping all the area of muscle heated up to burn more fat. It fit me a bit loose in the stomach area but, I was expecting to have to go down a size soon anyway as I lost weight. It fits perfect everywhere else and is very comfortable and well made. The zipper is very sturdy. I am 5 ft 6 in and was 220 lbs stocky built and tend to put weight on in the stomach and back so my measurements were 48in chest, 40in waist, 46in hip, 16in biceps, and 26in thigh, and 17in neck. So this 2XL fit a little loose in the stomach but all said and done its a great fit all over

Very comfortable. very well made. Excellent zipper. Design and material very nice. I am 5'4" woman. I normally wear a 1-2X. I took size reviews to heart and ordered 4X!!! I have never done that before. May be a tiny bit loose, but comfortable and easy to get on. I am afraid 3X would be too small. Friend with similar body ordered 4X too after trying mine. It does not turn a unheated pool into a sauna - but it definitely extends the swim season which is what I was going for! I am very satisfied with my purchase price and quality. I would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great wetsuit for plus size ladies. I’ve been looking for a shorty wetsuit but I’m a plus size lady with a chest, stomach, booty and extra long torso. It’s been a challenge. I tried the female version of this suit in a 4xl and couldn’t get it to zip around my booty and hips. Decided to try the men’s since sadly they are often cut with a fuller frame in mind. It fit! Not perfectly but for the price I’m happy. Also I love love LOVE the zip down the leg! Makes it so much easier to get off.Tips for putting this on:- Have dry skin!! Damp skin or creams make this hell. In fact powder yourself a little bit if you feel moist from humidity or anything- Keep the leg zipped and put both legs in first- Make sure you have the groin in the right place before you put in your arms- Put your weakest arm in first and get it all the way on- Then put second arm in- Make sure to her suit feels like it’s sitting I. - - The correct places on your body- If you need to adjust (like maybe the booty needs some pulling up) pull from inside the suit not the outside material- Pull the suit together and zip the rest of the way up

This does not fit well. It seems to be designed for someone very tall.

The size chart seems to be accurate -- the suit is cut very small for the stated size and is proportionally very generous in the waist.I usually wear an XL or 0X in clothes and ordered the women's plus size 3X-Large based on the chart. The 3X-Large suit fit me (I'm 5'7", 44" 38" 47") except as predicted by the size chart the waist of the suit was quite a bit too large. The 2X-Large was too tight other than the waist, so this brand didn't work out for me. The non-plus size in this brand has a smaller waist for the same hip measurement, but unfortunately for me the non-plus size is made for women who have much longer arms and legs than I do.Other than sizing issues, this seems like a nice suit with a good zipper. My other suits are front zip shorties of a different brand, and I find them easy to get on and off. Plus you can unzip them a bit if you're getting too warm or if the neck is too tight.

I ordered w sizes up from what I wear in day wear. It's still a bit snug but my mobility is still very good. The zipper unzips all the way down the left leg. It's a little challenging to get the zipper hooked and pulled up. It seems to be sewn well using good quality neoprene.

I have been trying to find a neoprene shorty for doing water aerobics in an outdoor pool this summer. It is very hard to find a reasonably priced shorty that fits a plus size body. Part of the problem is that many vendors neoprene products are made in China and they use size charts for the native population. A Chinese 5XL is barely a US size 10. Check the size charts before purchasing any products. The product arrived very quickly, there was a smell to the product after I opened the package and I aired it for a day or two in my garage. I have used the shorty for about a week now. It is very easy to get on. The shoulders are always a bit snug. Once on it is very easy to zip up. Per another poster I put on the suit with the zipper closed on the leg portion of the suit. The hardest thing to do is take the suit off. Again a bit of a struggle to pop out one shoulder and then the other. The suit keeps me surprisingly warm while I do my laps in the outdoor pool. I purchased a plus men's suit for a plus female as I needed the extra size for the upper body and the plus ladies shorty would have been too small.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Did not fit as promised. Trying to return & it INSISTS that I return at a store rather than a drop off location. Why should I travel over 1 hour instead of 15 minutes to drop off???
