This is a great product! It’s very easy to use, works well and isn’t loud. It’s very easy to switch between the tools. It’s good quality at a very reasonable price point. It comes with a brush and two tablets to clean it and a case for the extra tools. This both water flosses and brushes your teeth. It charges quickly and the battery stays charged, we got it for Christmas and it still hasn’t been recharged yet. It’s small enough to fit on a tiny counter and easy to hold. Only downside is it is a bit heavy. I’ve since ordered a 2nd one. Or first one came cracked unfortunately but their customer service was top notch! They immediately sent out a replacement, even before they received notice that I had sent the broken one back. I love that they were quick to respond to my exchange request and that they were so friendly about it. This has so many extras. They say you get what you pay for but in this case you get so much more.

I've been a buyer on Amazon for over 25 years and I have to say---the seller of this H20Floss is the best I've ever encountered! First off, the flosser is amazing! It works 10000x better than I expected--I really feel the cleanliness and freshness of my teeth after using it, much more so than regular floss--and it keeps its charge for nearly 3-4 weeks of twice daily use! This flosser also comes with a regular wall socket adapter so one can charge it easily in the wall rather than just via USB port!!! That is a VERY good thing! It charges in about 3-5 hours and after that, lasts for 3-4 weeks! WOW! It has several 'speeds' in which you can choose how strong you want the water floss to hit your teeth/gums and several different tips to reach in any area of your mouth! It even comes with a travel bag!!! :faints: And all for an incredibly unbeatable price!!!!! I truly can't say enough good things about this item--it works above and beyond what I expected and I expected a lot. :) Now, the customer service! After 6 months, I received a kind email from the seller (H20floss) asking how the product was and if I had any questions or needed any help with the flosser!!! That is amazing on its own---that the seller cared enough AFTER SIX MONTHS to contact me, to make sure all was well!! Have you EVER had a seller do that for you? WOW! I didn't really have any issues at the time, but about 2 months later, (8 months after purchase), the flosser started to have a MINOR problem in that the tips were a bit difficult to get to remain in the unit. I thought I had the tip in securely but it would fly up when I turned on the flosser and spurt water everywhere. It wasn't a HUGE issue, but a bit annoying and I'd have to then make SURE the tips were inside the unit's head super securely to make sure this didn't happen often. So I remembered that email the seller sent me a couple months back and replied, explaining the minor problem but also that I loved their product and its results on my teeth/gums! Instantly, I mean within hours, the seller replied asking some questions to clarify the issue and then when I explained a bit more, they offered a refund or replacement!!!!!! :faints: I clearly love the item so I opted for the replacement, which arrived in 24 HOURS! :faints again: Finally, just yesterday, the seller emailed again, letting me know the item was delivered safely and that they hope I was satisfied with their product and customer service aftercare!!! Oh boy, am I ever! I still can't believe how incredibly generous, fast and kind this seller is! They really stand behind their product--which is amazing in itself, truly one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon, or anywhere---and they really care about their customers! In a scale of 1 - 10 stars, I give them a 15!!! Bravo, H20Floss!!! Your product and your care are both above and beyond!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++ God bless you!!!!

The only reason is give 4 stars is that the color is way off. It's more of a salmon pink than a light or baby pink as advertised. I know they say color can't be guaranteed because of monitors and such but this is quite different. But anyway it works great! Comes with many different attachments, even a toothbrush one, one for the tongue and different sized ones. The different modes are nice, I can adjust water pressure based on my needs. I haven't tried the tongue cleaner but I would think that might hurt, because when I accidentally get my tongue it hurts a little. As someone who has wires behind my front teeth, a water flosser is amazing to have to clean out debris because it's nearly impossible to floss. I chose this specific version because the tank has a large opening when it detaches so that it can dry better than my name brand one I previously had that grew mold. The rotating head is nice too. I like this product a lot!

The pressure is strong enough to clean between teeth and along the gum line without feeling like it’s trying to sandblast your mouth. Multiple modes are useful, especially if your gums are sensitive or you’re new to water flossing. The 300ml tank is fine for one full use, maybe two if you’re efficient. Battery life has been solid so far, and I like that it’s cordless and easy to travel with. I've had this H2ofloss Water Dental Flosser for about 8 months now. It works well. It goes over 2 weeks without a charge. I recharged it yesterday and saw black mold growing around the silicone USB flap. I also noticed where the porous stone fits onto the tube, that area is also growing black mold. Silicone is notorious for growing black mold. UPDATE: I lowered my star rating from 3 down to 1 after I took a video of the mold. The camera on my phone picked up way more gunk than my eyes could see. Disgusting! UPDATE #2 12/6/2025: The seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement because the flosser was still under warranty. I had no idea. It never occurred to me to check about a warranty. That's excellent customer service. I still think the unit has cleaning issues because it can't be taken apart, but the seller absolutely does stand behind their product. Since one can get a replacement under warranty, I'm raising my star rating back up to 3.

I'd like to start by saying I have used water flossers for 6+ years. I purchased this item July 8th for $21.39. It lasted for 6 weeks without any trouble then stopped working abruptly. It was past the return window, so I ate the cost. I thought the product I received was a dud because the reviews are great! So I purchased another August 28th for $14.81. It is now November 15 and it no longer works. I will not be trying again. Edit: The seller contacted me one day after posting this review to remedy the situation.
