Dymatize ISO 100 Hydrolyzed is, without question, one of the better protein powders I’ve used. The quality is clear from the moment you taste it, and it has delivered consistent results in terms of performance and recovery. One of the most notable benefits has been a significant improvement in recovery time. Compared to standard whey, the hydrolysed formulation seems to absorb faster and more efficiently, which has made a real difference when used regularly, particularly when taken twice a day in my experience. Taste-wise, it's excellent when mixed with milk and has a pleasant scent and smooth flavour. However, it doesn’t hold up as well with water, where the taste is noticeably less enjoyable. That said, it’s still perfectly drinkable. Digestion is another strong point. I’ve had issues with other protein powders upsetting my stomach, but this one digests cleanly and without any discomfort, even when taken daily. The only minor drawback is mixability. It takes a bit of effort to fully dissolve, usually around two minutes of consistent stirring, but the end result is smooth once you get there. In terms of protein content, it delivers a high yield per serving, so you’re getting a lot of nutritional value without needing to use excessive amounts. Given the quality of the product and the performance benefits, it’s worth the slightly higher price tag. You’re not just paying for protein, you’re paying for results.

I recently received Dymatize ISO 100 Hydrolyzed and I'm very impressed with the packaging - it arrived securely and intact. The protein powder mixes easily with 200ml of water, has a smooth texture, and a great taste without being too sweet. I take 1.5 scoops after workouts, and it's convenient and effective for recovery. I noticed excellent results in just 1 week. Overall, a high-quality product with excellent packaging. Highly recommended!

A bit over-sweetened but still one of the better tasting chocolate protein powders I've had. Blends well in a shaker bottle and isn't gritty or grainy.

This is based on taste. WOW! I’ve never liked protein shakes but I’ve drinking ( 7 nutrition isolate ) and it’s good but I wanted to try something different. I went for the chocolate peanut for this product and added milk. 200ml milk to 1 scoop. And woooooow !!! This stuff is heavenly !!! Can’t wait to drink more. I ordered the medium size tub. But I will definitely order the large one next time. It’s so good I don’t know how I’m not gonna think about it every day. So grateful, I’ve picked this protein. Definitely worth trying. I normally have cold water with my old shakes so will try with this one aswell but for some reason I tried milk and wow. I don’t think I could beat the taste of this one. I have an electric shaker and they are defo worth a buy. Mine cost £30.

Super tasty, I chose cookies and cream and it’s delicious! I mix it with milk (if I’m feeling fancy it’s golden top milk) and add a small scoop of glutamine powder and honestly this is the nicest protein I’ve ever had, it mixes so well in a shaker, I would not use a blender of any sort because it goes very frothy and airy. As for the taste I absolutely love it, it is quite sweet so if you really don’t like sweet proteins this may not be for you but honestly I’m not a fan of overly sweet things but I already know my mum would complain about the sweetness, personally this has helped me start to eat in the morning which I usually hate. Starting my day off with lots of energy.

I usually don’t write reviews and that too against Dymatize as I have been drinking their protein powders for years, but this time I don’t know for what reason my ISO100 tastes awful, it tastes sour. And has been upsetting my stomach every time I have drank it, I initially thought it was a milk issue but the same happened with other milk brands and even water. I don’t know if I am eligible for a refund but would be great if I am.
