Great Quality for an Amateur Photographer
This was my first camera purchase and first purchase of a refurbished item and I couldn't be happier! I decided to buy this model as I had previous experience using it and it is so simple once you get the hang of button positioning (coming from a Nikon 1). For a beginner photographer, this produces amazing 24MP images and has a decent continuous shooting speed for this price point. The battery life is also impressive. In terms of refurbishment quality, Snap It Up have done an amazing job; there were minimal signs of use (both cosmetic and a shutter count lower than 500) and the supplied battery was only a few months old.

Faulty camera
Camera does not save photos to memory card. Bought multiple memory cards and all bring up same “no image” message, clearly a fault with the camera’s internal software or card reader - really really poor

Great product, poor seller
This is a great product. Great for beginner photographers like myself. Would have had 5 stars but the seller stated and showed images of the camera with view finder cover and it did not, when I made contact with the seller they did not help just stated they would not send one. This product is not waterproof. The product is designed well feels great to hold and light enough to handle with one hand. This is a great product and great value for money I would suggest using a different seller if you want this camera.

No Lens!
Camera came in good condition in original box, without the lens. This was supposed to be a present for my dad.

Great camera
Great photos of wildlife taken by my daughter on this camera. She did not want a heavy camera and when needed attaches a lens to this. The photos are incredibly better than the ones on iphone.

Good
Doesn't come in original packaging and no instructions. However you can get instructions on line. Not used properly as if yet, but appears fine. Took out insurance over 3 years with it for £27.00. Which i think is worth paying.
