He says they are very comfortable and that his bottom feels much better when sitting with this cushion.The price is very reasonable, especially for the quality. Donut Pillow, Memory Foam / ASIN: BOD31PW5FT / $31.41 This cushion has been very helpful while seated at a desk. It was also comfortable in the car but I prefer something not quite as thick (high) for that act. I'm on the heavier side but do not feel this pillow needs to be any larger -- it does not create any abnormal pressure points. It is soft enough to "give" as opposed to being a hard resistance. The bottom is a layer of non-slip beads which is likely taken for granted as the pillow stays put while plopping down. This is good quality memory foam. It is comfortable to me. 5 STARS UNITED donut pillow. Good results. Translation, relief.

I recently had a hemorrhoidectomy, and this donut pillow was amazing! It helped ease the pressure and discomfort when sitting down. 2 weeks after my surgery, I had to go back to the hospital for another minor same-day procedure, so I took my pillow with me knowing I'd be waiting around for a while. I'm VERY GLAD that I did! I had to wait/sit on a standard hard hospital bed and this pillow made me comfortable the entire time. I got the heather gray one instead of the basic black. I'll be bringing this with me for continued use at my work desk 👍🏻

It’s very comfortable

After getting a partial tear in my hip, sitting down became my worst enemy. I was in constant pain, and nothing seemed to help until I got this donut pillow. Honestly, it has been a total game-changer. The design takes all the pressure off of my hip and tailbone when I’m sitting, which has made a world of difference for my pain levels . The cushion is made of a firm memory foam that gives great support without flattening out, even after sitting on it for hours . I can finally get through a day of work at my desk or drive my car without being in agony. The pillow is super lightweight, and I find myself taking it everywhere I go . While it’s marketed for things like sciatica or postpartum recovery, it has been the single most helpful thing for my hip injury by simply making it possible to sit comfortably again . If you’re dealing with any kind of pain that flares up when you sit, I can’t recommend this pillow enough. It has given me some much-needed relief and has been a huge help in my recovery. I’d of paid 4 times the price for this thing it’s a great value.

As a 41 year old woman who has struggled with hemorrhoid's off and on since I gave birth to my son 19 years ago , this pillow has been a life saver for me. It takes the pressure off the right places so I can get through flair ups so much easier ! Love this so much !

Initially, our family member liked this cushion but it didn’t soften as we hoped and was too stiff and uncomfortable. He was loosing weight so maybe this was the problem but if you are “skin & bones” this cushion may feel like a bag of sand.
