Really high quality set of tiles. Far heavier than the ones I've replaced this with. Slight negative with the packaging. It's wrapped in a single layer of clear plastic wrap which was pretty much torn completely on arrival, but luckily nothing during transport damaged a tile. Plus the foam protectors on the corner were sort of undone so if the courier wasn't careful with it, the edges could have been damaged. Thankfull none were but a note to the seller.

A couple of the tiles I received were damaged – one corner was deformed, as if the tiles had been dropped. They were still usable, but the damaage suggests some degree of fragility. The tiles feature a foil backing, which serves as a useful layer of insulation, and they have a white vinyl facing. This vinyl finish, apparently, is easy to clean, but I can't say we have particularly dirty ceilings! Notwithstanding the damage on the tiles I received, they do feel solid and are a lot heavier than I expected. Perhaps it was this weightiness that caused the damage. Lighter tiles may have been better protected.

In all fairness, I'm not thinking of using these tiles as part of a suspended ceiling (the packaging of 10 would not be sufficient in and if itself), but these are nicer than the tiles we had in our old workplace - which were the style with big holes in the surface that looks black from below. These have a lightly textured all white finish. The tiles came in manufacturer packaging that was well designed to help prevent them from being damaged, including stiff board corner reinforcements - and all of the tiles I received had survived shipping without cracks or major damage at the edges (a bit of minor scuffing would be concealed by the metal frame of a suspended ceiling). The tiles have insulating foil coating on their backs. What I ordered these for was to make some landscaping elements for my Christmas village. I'm going to stick them down to MDF sheets, and layer pieces. They cut fairly easily - which is useful both for my project and for sections of ceiling where whole tiles aren't needed. A bit more expensive than the tiles with fissures in the surfaces, but much better looking.

We have a small area of suspended ceiling in a utility room, and the tiles are just like plaster. These tiles are much better made with a foil backing and Vinyl facing. The vinyl should make these easier to keep clean. At the moment I haven't fitted them as these are actually a little bigger than I was expecting, so I am going to have to see if I can cut them to a smaller size, I am hoping so. These tiles are heavier than I was expecting too, but they doe feel solid, The packaging is very sturdy, they arrived with no additional packaging beyond their own, and there was no damage at all, the pack of 10 weighed around 17kg. If these work, then I would have been happy to pay £45 (£4.50 per tile).

The tiles appear to be of good quality and they are all in good condition; the edges of the tiles are sealed with tape. Although these tiles are intended for a suspended ceiling my application uses simple clips to hold them to the underside of wooden beams in my cellar.

These suspended white vinyl ceiling tiles fit perfectly in standard 600mm grids and can be easily cleaned with a simple wipe, making them ideal for kitchens or bathrooms. The finish is neat and contributes to brightening the room. Installation is straightforward; however, the tiles feel somewhat lightweight, so they should be handled with care. Overall, they provide good value for a quick, low-maintenance ceiling upgrade.
