ThroatHealth Oral Probiotics K12 - Immune & Throat Support, Vanilla - 30 Lozenges, 2.5 Billion CFU

After decades of using a Sonicare toothbrush, I took a manual one on a short trip recently. I learned that I'm far a too aggressive brusher left to my own devices. I wound up tearing my gums with the head of the brush. As I was on vacation I also enjoyed more adult beverages than usual. I would imagine the extra wine upset the good bacteria in my mouth and the small tears wouldn't heal even 10 days later. This product popped up in my Amazon recommendations. After taking 1 dose my gums were well on their way to healing. 5 days later and my mouth is fully recovered. Also I have a pink tongue again and my teeth still feel clean at the end of the day! I would highly recommend this probiotic to anyone who might need it. I don't have bad breath so I don't plan on taking routinely. For my short term issue, it worked like a charm.

BLIS ThroatHealth Oral Probiotics K12 is a solid product for throat and immune support. The vanilla flavor is pleasant and easy to take, which makes it simple to stick with daily. I noticed a subtle improvement in how my throat feels, especially during allergy season. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the effects are somewhat mild and gradual—not immediately noticeable. Overall, it’s a well-made product that’s gentle and enjoyable to use. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for daily throat support.

Used these while going through radiation treatment. Never experienced any problems with developing mouth sores due to the radiation. This is a great product and would highly recommend!!!

This is too soon to write about perhaps but I have noticed a slight improvement with a blocked nose and sore throat, the last mentioned I experience often. I am not able to take probiotics that contains lactobacillus acidopholus and BLIS K12 has none of this so thus far I have not experienced cramps. Hope it lasts. But hopefully in 3 months time I will be able to provide further feedback. The only disadvantage for me is that the product works out so expensive me for, because since Covid-19 and lockdown, shipping & handling costs are really exorbitant for us in South Africa. 2nd review of product, 23 May 2021:--I developed cramps after taking it for 2 weeks. I stopped taking it for a week, then took a tablet per night for 3 days and the same reaction occurred. I stopped taking it then. I am lactose intolerant and the only probiotics that causes tummy cramps are products that contain dairy. Nor did it stop my sore throat and sinusitis because I developed a heavy cold and my throat was so painful. I am not sure if I will buy again.

Love this product. It has really helped eliminate bad breath and the tonsils rocks. Please taste and easily dissolves.

I started buying these quite a while ago and am still using them. I've read a scientific study from UCLA that used this strain of probiotics to counter bad breath from tonsil stones. The study had pretty promising results so I decided to try it out. A combination of flushing out tonsils with a salt water syringe on a regular basis and using the probiotics every day really helped. I still get tonsil stones but the smell has changed to something way less disgusting. I usually use one tablet right when going to sleep in the evening and let it slowly dissolve on my tongue. The taste is pretty nice and not too strong. Not sure if the problem will come back if i would stop using these probiotics so I am not going to try any time soon. I am absolutely relieved that it helped with the bad breath issue from tonsil stones because I tried so many things that didn't work before. Every webpage on the internet dealing with tonsil stones tells you to up your oral hygiene. I've upped it so much I'm my dentist's favorite patient because I'm so low maintenance right now. I'm flossing, scraping my tongue, use mouth wash, use water pik, brush my teeth religiously, express my tonsil crypts. There's not much else I could try short of getting my tonsils surgically removed. These probiotics help and I can recommend them to everyone dealing with tonsil stone issues. It does not take too long before you will notice a reduction in stench from the stones. I still have to flush my tonsils once in a while to remove the stones but nowhere near as often as in the beginning. And even with the stones building up in the crypts the bad smell is gone.
