These are beautiful, very good quality and they stay sharp so handle with care. I hand wash and dry mine and put them back in their sheeth after each use, which I believe will increase their longevity. You will use all of the knives in this set very often as they are the perfect sizes. I threw out all my old, cheap, dull knives that couldn't cut a piece of cheese. These are all I need. Highly recommend!

Not bad for a budget knife. 2nd set. First set the point broke off the larger knife. But it was cheap so what do you expect.

Love these knives! The fewer knives the better! These knives have a razor sharp edge! I do suggest you keep them in their sheaths that come with them. They are a lighter weight knife but the handle fits your hand very nice.
