Silver Lilly Turtle Slippers - Plush Animal - Fuzzy Slippers

Great indoor slippers. Love the look of them and they are warm and (mostly) comfy. However, my shoe size is a mens 9, and I can just barely fit into the XL, which is the largest size offered (I thankfully ordered a size up based on the prior reviews). My toes touch the edge which makes it a little less comfortable than they otherwise would be. If you're a mens size 9.5 you can probably squeeze into them without much discomfort, but if you're a 10 or higher unfortunately these probably won't fit you. Let the buyer beware.

Here is how life works, you can either get highly effective slippers that protect against ground cold, or you can get cute animal ones- but you cannot get a pair that is both! I cut and slipped in some close-celled foam to the bottoms so that i couldnt feel my ice-cold floors. With my addition, they are now perfect. If you have carpets or you dont have a cold-floor problem to being with then i imagine you would be quite happy with them as is. For one of my slippers, a stich at the ankle opening came loose and they begin to unraval- the company immediately sent me a replacement, so credit due for good customer service! Size wise, i wear a 9.5 mens; this xl set tht i order was a perfect fit but i might go larger for anyone who wears a mens 10 or above. Note that they slippers feel very tight out of the package from factory compression. They relax and break-in shortly though for a more comofortable fit. Overall, a good pair of budget slippers, but i dont recommend if your heat loss issue is primarily through the floor since there isnt much insulation on the bottoms of these (or you can just ad you own close celled foam like i did)

The amount of feet padding on this is quite minimal and I definitely don't think this is for people who need to walk around with a lot of cushion on their feet. But I feel as though the animal itself was well fluffed and looked great.In terms of fit: I am a size 7.5 in women's. I originally ordered a M and it turned out to be too small. I could fit them into the opening but my toes would walk right on top of the lining and I thought it was uncomfortable. When I bought them, the description was that a Medium could fit women's sizes 6.5-8.5 but I was a 7.5, so I didn't think a size 8 could wear them comfortably.HOWEVER, the SilverHooks team was absolutely amazing and helped me out with this problem. Now I have a size Large and it fits me perfectly. I absolutely adore these slippers and can't wait to keep my toes warm all winter long!

I expected them to be a little more roomy. I tried them on before I gave them to my sister as a gift, and the seam in the heel ripped. Luckily, I know how to sew, so I patched it back up, but you have to be quite careful putting it on your foot. I found that sliding your foot in forward as far as it will go and then placing your heel in is your best bet.

I think I understand now about this company, they have some "very smart" person measuring the OUSIDE of these slippers instead of the inside, that is why they are not true to size and thus run very small, will not buy from that company again!

I love these slippers, they came exactly as expected.- nice and clean- both pretty symmetrical (which was a worry for me, idk why)- i wear a 7.5 and it was perfect- super warm, i just wear them when i study- not too bad when I walk around, it isn't super clunky or anythingAwesome turtles, would 100% buy again so they can have friends

I actually bought these to put on for a post-marathon party. They don't have a thick sole like some others I've worn, but they were nicely snug on my tired feet and were a nice distraction for people after the race. I laughed that the turtles reflected my pace that morning. Cute and fun little slippers, but cats like the attack them! Worth it.

I bought these for my best friend who loves turtles. And she LOVED these slippers so much. She put them on as soon as she opened them.Said they were warm, soft, and easy to wear. She wore them pretty much all day.I recommend these for you if you know anyone who's got constantly cold feet!
