UPDATE: The customer service was great! They sent a replacement part and now it functions as it should. My family have started using it for exercising and they love it! Absolutely pleased to change my initial one-star review to five stars!INITIAL REVIEW: After the product had already been shipped, I received a message from the seller that they had trouble sourcing materials, so the product was going to be made of lighter weight material and would require weights added to its base to have it perform as intended. Additionally, they said if I intended to use it outdoors, I'd need to purchase additional nuts and bolts that could withstand the elements.As it had already shipped when I received the message and didn't intend to use it outdoors anyway, I didn't see there was much for me to do.Now that I've received it and tried to put it together, I've found that a few of the bars are warped or dented and the product does not go together at all. Had I known it would require so much additional work and non-provided parts to make it work at all, I certainly would not have ordered it. I'm quite disappointed and uncertain what to do next. I reached out to the seller and will update my review if I hear back from them.

I was using a doorframe pull-up bar that came free and resulted in my falling onto basement steps. I decided to get something better, hence this purchase.Just received and assembled it tonight. Forget the included instructions, KT made a far better YouTube video that walks you thru everything. Customer service reached out to me after purchase with a link to the YouTube video and to let me know that their bolts can be subject to rust outdoors(you can replace them at your expense at your local hardware store). So, i appreciate their customer service.Initial impressions are good. I have it as tall as my ceiling allows for pullups.You can adjust the footprint, bigger=stable. I went smaller to take up less room. I haven't tried anything fancy, just pullups, so can't say how stable it'd be if you were kipping or trying muscle ups. Pullups were rock solid.One thing i noticed, the silicone hand grips do spin a little bit, requiring a stronger grip than just using the bare bar.
