“Refund Requested but No Response from Support”
I purchased this Acer laptop just one month ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I could use the laptop for only around 10 days Soon after purchase, a motherboard issue occurred and it had to be replaced After the motherboard replacement, keyboard problems started A technician visited and replaced the keyboard, but the issue is still not fully resolved Because of these repeated hardware failures, the laptop is not reliable for daily or professional use I contacted Acer support multiple times and even requested a refund, but I have not received any proper response so far. This has caused work disruption, financial loss, and mental stress. Buying a brand-new laptop and facing such serious issues within a month is unacceptable. I expected much better quality and support from a brand like Acer. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

The processer is very slow as it's a brand new laptop
Not good qt qll, I was under impression that this brand is nys. However, m disappointed that I couldn't use the product not even for a day. This is supperr slow and the system got heated even 10 min when I start it. Really not acceptable Disappointed n disheartened as I ordered the product because of the brand name. I had no option but to return it. And in future I will not by anything from this brand.
