do not let baby chew the brush
The brush is really soft and gentle on the gums and teeth that are just starting to show up. However, had to stop using it almost immediately as my little one was probably confusing it with tithers and every time tried to have a bite. The silicone bristles would easily come of as a result and caused choking hazard :(

bristles tear off very quickly
not really suitable for children with teeth - the bristles are too tiny and tear off very quickly (choking hazard!). I wish I bought more another Haakaa silicon brush instead of this - it is more stable and doesn't have this problem

Good, at first. Then mouldy.
My toddler tolerated this toothbrush well through a teething phase, but really disappointed how quickly the toothbrush got mouldy! Seems very badly designed to have two separate sections near the head, with one layer of plastic slotted over the other, with a gap that traps moisture and allows it to grow. Would definitely not buy again! Got binned very quickly.
