My daughter got on and got right back off. That’s how I know it was a good machine. I use it while watching shows and let the time pass on it. You will get a good workout for sure.

I enjoy my workout and pleased with purchase. The cardio is definitely there if that’s what you’re looking for. If you have any knee problems, you will probably feel it while using the stair stepper.

It was easy to build, but the foot rest is horrible! I’m a size 4.5 in shoes and my feet hangs which makes working out so much harder.. I don’t even use it and spend about $130 for this machine… SMH

I use at least 4 times a week - get my 500 steps in while watching a little TV. So far so good!

It has no resistance at all so when you using it you have to control how far you go down or it hits the bottom rough.
