I brought these following a double wisdom tooth removal. I needed something to cool my lower jaw and wanted hands free for ease of use. This offered both of those things.I also suffer with chronic migraines and found that they can offer a nice soothing feeling as well so has an added double use.The fit was very good, the shape also allowed better coverage over the jaw whilst reducing bulk this also applied when its being used for headaches/migraines because it covers the forehead nicely and has larger ends which cover the temples.The gel beads offer a really nice soothing quality to the product making it mould nicely without added pressure. There is also a soft fabric coating on one side and makes it much more comfortable against the skin (no skin burn from the cold)The cooling properties lasted a good amount of time, you are meant to use cold on and off so I found by the time it ran out it was time for a rest from the product anyway. However I purchased a 2 pack which meant I always had one in the freezer and could rotate themThese cooling bands have been incredibly helpful and comforting many many times and I expect many more to come. I 100% recommend them to anyone who frequently suffers migraines/headaches or is going in for dental surgery etc.

This is great for migraine pain, no more having to hold an ice pack in place and try to get to sleep. It straps as loosely or tightly as you need and is really effective. Only thing I would say is the beads warm up a bit too quickly, even though I used it from the freezer.

Anyone that suffers from migraines know tablets don’t help, this eases the pain takes the pressure of my eye

I get migraines a lot sometimes ones that go on for hours I’ve even gone to sleep with one at night and woken up 7hrs later with it still hanging on. Ice packs are the only thing that helps and I thought this would be great if it wasn’t an awful one or I needed to be up and about while suffering.It does help the adjustable band holds it to your head and the fuzzy side makes it comfortable to wear straight out the freezer without a bunched up tea towel being awkward.It has these silicone beads in the gel more beads than gel actually but they make it so the thing can flex and mould to your head great in theory but when using it cold the gel is the only bit that’s actually cold I’ve never tried it hot but I presume it works similar but maybe the beads take heat better but anyway because there’s more beads than gel the pack only lasts a 30mins to 45 at best so if you get bad ones you’ll need a few on rotation to keep the relief going.Also there’s these points where the front and back of the pouch are fused together leaving three voids which the gel and beads move around presumably to keep its shape but annoyingly the side ones are right on my temples so I have to make it sit weird to help those points which are often my most painful.It’s good to add to my collection of ice packs for migraines but it’s definitely not perfect I’m keeping it mostly for it being wearable when I have to be up and about

Amazing product. I suffer from headaches and migraines and cold compress helps a lot, this is why I purchased this product (in Jul 2019). It is amazing, two pack means there is always a spare if the one used warms up and the headache is still there. It has velcro so can fit various sizes of heads and for me, the gentle tightness helps with the headache too. A tip for migraine sufferers: I use 4head stick on my forehead and then put the cold band on, the result is great. I highly recommend this product, excellent value and quality.

I have wanted something to ease my headaches & migraines for a long time.I purchased this on a whim as it wasn’t a hat & was adjustable.So easy to use, so comfortable to wear & absolutely does the trick. I like that I can wear it a little tight to add pressure to my temples.Wholly recommend

I bought a 2 pack and one arrived broken - there was a hole in the plastic cover and the beads leaked out everywhere.Tried to use the one that wasn’t broken but it wasn’t fit for purpose - the seal in the middle means that it does nothing across the forehead but it bulks out over the temples making cooling very uneven. It also doesn’t stay cold very long at all, only a couple of minutes, despite it being in the freezer for several days before use.I have requested a return/refund.

Arrived as expected. Cooled down over a few hours. I have the twin pack so one on and one in. I am a chronic cluster headache / migraine sufferer. This did the job until the triptans kicked in.I also use it late afternoons when working from home and on the computer all day. Much cheaper and better for the planet than relying on the single use strips.It is a little awkward to shape to the head when frozen, but far better than wondering about with a tea towel and ice pack.
