Is this machine dry on low as well as machine wash?

The two I purchased are 50% cotton/50% polyester and since I don't want them to shrink I wash them on cold delicate and damp dry them on delicate and they look great.

Would the size small fit a 11 year old girl?

a small would fit like a women's 6-8 or a juniors 5-7 in U.S. measurements.

Is the Dark grey color heathered?

I purchased the lighter gray and the black and they are not heathered.

Will it shrink in dryer?

Know because it's so roomie and comfortable
