This case is a NEED! :-)So let me Preface:A) I am a super detailed person where it's all about the lil' things that count up for me. And again, I've owned lots of other cases in the past.B) I was a lil' skeptical after reading older reviews from older iPhone models from years past with the ESR Metal Kickstand (and keep in mind I was mostly reading the 1 Star reviews). BUT this one is top quality...and I'm VERY impressed so far.C) My last few cases were the Seidio Surface, but this year Seidio chose not have the cut out to display the Apple Logo (which I liked). Plus, I think their Dilex Lux case is both not very good looking (IMHO), nor do I want a metal band around the outside where the iPhone's antenna is (seems that would unnecessary block more cellular signals...just my own thought).Anyway, to my ESR Metal Kickstand Review:1) The initial feeling is TOP Quality.2) This is the first kickstand case I've had that holds the iPhone Vertically...and this is a Game Changer for me! I LOVE IT!. It is really sturdy standing up there...I don't feel like I would or could knock it over very easily. And I can tap on 1Password to access clients passwords as I work on their machines...so Vertical is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!3) I'd asked a question before buying...and the kickstand does indeed close with a very distinctive click into place...and the variable "power steering" of any angle horizontally is fantastic, too.4) So when it is closed...it feels GREAT in the hand...like nice "finger ridges" that make me feel like I have a better grip on the iPhone than I would without the kickstand...and there is no way that the kickstand would accidentally catch while slipping into or out of a person's pocket (or purse as I would imagine). ;-)5) It has NO sharp edges.6) The hole cut outs are perfectly centered.7) The edges do rise above surface of the cameras and screen, but they are not overly pronounced, as I've seen on other cases (which for me seems fine, but we'll see if I ever drop my iPhone). Plus, normally for day-to-day use, I don't really want huge tall edges when I want to swipe from the edge.8) The inside has lil' tiny raised micro dots/dimples which would help with any potential "liquid look" or "sanding down" if debris was to get sandwiched between the iPhone's Back and the case. Which in years past, with another brands (NOT ESR or Seidio), I had a Ringke case that ruined a previous iPhone 5s with its metal back when a person could not see any debris, but the case had no micro dimples either.9) It does a great job of showing off the beauty of the iPhone 11 Pro without being distracting with too much styling...it's just simple and elegant.So that is my story, so far...hope it helps someone...and enjoy!

The media could not be loaded. I originally purchased this case for its utility, strength, and it’s sharp looks - and I wasn’t disappointed. The case is pretty solid but still has a slight bit of a gel-like feel to it, and the stand has solid mechanical properties and is pretty sturdy. Another small thing I noticed is that the transparent cases have a barely noticeable dotted texture that makes it look slightly more premium. The materials it’s made of are great, and the stand itself has looks and feels slightly less cheap than other stands of comparable material.Overall this stand is a pretty great value for the price, has been extremely handy, and seems like it’s going to do an excellent job protecting my phone (which is what all cases are really supposed to do). The only minor complaint I have is that I can’t lay my phone flat on its back because of the stand… which really hasn’t been much of an issue. The only version I can’t speak on behalf of is the solid black case since I didn’t have one available.UPDATE (1+ Years): So far this case has held up pretty well. It still serves the main purpose of its existence pretty well, which is to protect my phone. The rubber still feels pretty nice and has a bit of wear but has done a great job of protecting it. On the other hand, the kickstand has lost its strength. It can still serve as a kickstand in certain positions but is extremely limited. I suspect that using it as a fidget toy sometimes has hacked away at its resistance strength. Overall it's still been a pretty great case. I think this is my perfect case. It looks great, has a super soft feel. It has a strong MagSafe built in, and it has a wonderful phone stand built into the camera. I have no nails so normally it is very hard for me to use any sort of phone stand, but this one has a nice groom that really helps the stand come up. Love the phone! I would have loved a natural titanium color as well but I’m still jazzed.
