I bought there cause I was have hormonal acne on my chin and neck out of no were. Super depressing and annoying. I never had this issues so I did not understand. It definitely works. It helped in reducing bloating at night time. Very good product, will be ordering regularly. Even without meal I take whenever I woke up with cold legs from poor circulation by bowel gas.

I have mixed feelings on this. On one hand my skin is looking better all over, but on the other hand this really messed with my digestive system. Which had gotten almost back to normal before taking this. So with that being said, if you have / had digestive problems be cautious, if not then may would be good for you to try.
