Cuisinart6117-14 Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 14-Inch Lasagna Pan

Glad I chose this lasagna pan. Sturdy and large with deep sides for several lasagna layers. Very easy to clean. The handles make it easy to lift a heavy casserole in and out if the oven. Only thing that might be a negative for some is that pre-cooked lasagna noodles are too short for the length of this pan (even the long ones). It worked out fine as I was able to put one at the end going across the short side and that worked.

Bought this because I wanted a deep lasagna pan, and I am very happy with the quality of this pan. Its extremely sturdy, very nice riveted handles, but not too heavy to handle. The lasagna cooked evenly, no damage to the pan from repeated knife cuts, and very easy to clean. Very happy with this purchase, look forward to using this pan for decades.

The lasagna pan is a nice addition to the hard anodized cookware set from Cuisinart. Just the right depth to prevent spillover and allow for thicker dishes if you want to cook extra. Weighty piece even when empty. Clean up is easy inside, but you must buy a hard anodized cookware cleaner for the outside, or expect stains to accumulate. I have not tried baking a cake in it, but it should not be a problem. The inside has been pretreated to withstand metal utensils, but they will eventually damage the item, so it is best to use silicone or comparable utensils. So far, so good.

Usually the anodized pans come in the really big turkey roasting size, big enough for thanksgiving dinner. I was happy to find this smaller size so I can make regular sized weekly dinners. these pans are great and truly nothing sticks to them, so much better quality than regular "no stick" pans.

She has Anchor, and Pyrex glass pans. But this is the on she uses. It is deeper, and its bigger, it is also easier to clean for now. I'm sure the nonstick lining will come off sooner or later but as for now she loves this pan.
