We bought this recliner to use in our room, and eventually nursery, for feeding and rocking our baby. It's very comfortable, looks nice, fits great due to its compact design (compared to full size chairs), and it's good quality for a good price! I had a glider/ottoman in the past with my older children and I much prefer this recliner. Way more comfortable and it takes up less space since the footrest doesn't stay out all the time. I also love that it has all the features; reclined, rock and swivel. In order to make it more comfortable, we do use a small lumbar pillow. But that was an easy fix.

After weeks of searching on Amazon for a recliner that was in my price range, made with cloth and *not* leather/faux leather, a good size and the right color, I took a bit of a gamble on this one. There are a few companies selling (what looks like) this same recliner. Read through reviews and the combination of good reviews and the right price made me pick this. Everything about it is great and the "gamble" paid off. I've had it now for nearly 2 months and it's just as good as it was on day 1. Fedex delivered it so it had a tracking number and I could keep on top of it, it arrived safely and well packaged so there were no damages from the shipping process. Getting all the foam and cardboard and wrap off was a bit of a pain but I'd rather have to deal with that than it being shipped without it. Putting it together only took about 10 minutes, with an easy "push and click" install of the back and the arms and that's it. My livingroom isn't super big so I needed a chair that could fit into a smaller space but still be comfortable. While this isn't the widest chair around and I'm a big guy (6'2, 220 lbs), it's not uncomfortable to sit in at all. In fact, I routinely fall asleep in it while watching TV. The leg rest comes out super easy with a simple pull lever function on the side and a rather forceful spring, though that has gotten better over time and isn't quite as jarring as it was the first few times. Now it comes out just right, enough force to lift my legs up but not so much that it's a catapult. While I wish there was a mechanical way to retract the leg rest, unfortunately the only way is to manually push them back in. This isn't such a big deal for me but it could be a bit difficult for the elderly. They lock back in place with a very audible "click" so you always know they're locked in and won't spring back up. The chair sits upright when the foot rest is stowed and though I don't think this is a feature per se, it can be used like a rocking chair. The reason is the chair automatically slightly reclines when the foot rest is out, so the "rocking" mechanism is part of this function. I rarely, if ever, use it in it's "flat/sleeping" configuration, with the back pushed all the way down because it's leaned back, foot rest elevated position is the most comfortable. I can watch TV and relax super easy and very comfortably, so no need for all that. If you need a slightly smaller recliner that has a foot rest and adjustable positions and at a very reasonable price, get this one. It's well put together, sturdy and has proven to be very reliable and comfortable.

When I first got this char I was a little shocked with how small it was when I assembled it. The back wasn’t as high and the arm rests seemed too short for where the seat was. I actually was going to return it because it was smaller than I thought I wanted. But as I sat in it and broke it in it was extremely comfortable and was sturdy and rocked well. It was very easy to assemble. It’s a very nice chair for my tiny nursery room and fits in the little space that I did have for a chair; any bigger than this chair is would not have fit in the space. I am 5’2’’ and it fits good for me and my 5’8’’ husband so if you are taller this may not be the chair for you. The foot rest is very nice to have extended. The fabric is a nice material that doesn’t get too warm while sitting in it and which is nice when your house is too warm. Although it does stain easy if you get the white one.

Got this asa christmas present to myself. Only have had it a few days but believe it to be as described, sturdy, comfortable, good value for the sale price (I benefited from a coupon). But have to comment on assembly. For me, a 63 year old female, it was far from a 10-15 minute assembly. Also interesting to note I could not find assembly videos before purchase. Also the box was quite heavy for me to move from where it was incorrectly delivered and get into my home and it came early (not usually a bad thing) but I wasn't notified it had been delivered (with an email) and it ended up sitting in my driveway in the rain overnight. In my opinion the instructions could be better. They are basically one page of just an illistration per step, no words, so pay careful attention to the illustrations to determine front, back, left, right of the few parts and if you have trouble with separating zippers, you might want to rethink purchasing or have someone who can help you assemble, lift and move about. In all it took me about 2 hours to accomplish from start to finish but I have pain in my hands/fingers. But this unit is just the size, price and quality I was looking for, just also wished it came in more colors but I will make a cover for it. I would still recommend

I am an upper middle aged woman and I put two of these chairs together in under an hour. It was actually a fun project. The chairs are comfortable and look nice. They also recline and sit back up without too much effort. For the price, these are truly excellent chairs. Affordable and comfortable!

Comfort without bulk fits in a small space and the swivel allows you to do more in that small space. Was expecting the usual fuzzy upholstery fabric, but was surprised to find a lovely heavy tweed feeling fabric. The reclining mechanism is easy to stow back down the rock is more of a glide. They're really nice chair for any room

Both my wife and myself have been enjoying relaxing on this Recliner chair mainly because of it's perfect angle of reclining part coming out and staying put there. The angle is such that our legs feel supreme comfort and at the same time the blood flow in the feet is also not impacted either. This allows us extended time to be spent on it and sometimes we even sleep on it overnight especially my wife who recently delivered. The fact that this chair swivels round means that we can use it at our will to face any direction of our house's living room and enjoy while sitting on it watching tv, reading or simply resting on it. The materials are made of excellent quality to provide good feeling to our skin while resting on this chair and there were no allergies felt by us over last 3+ months when using this recliner chair almost daily which is another good quality I felt of this recliner chair. The tilt of the footrest when resting on it provides really good comfort in particular to my lower back and tailbone areas which is the main reason we invested in this particular chair. It has since relieved the chronic pain and has definitely eased it out on me after I have rested on this chair so that is a feel good factor for me for sure of using this particular recliner chair. The overall wood frame is very strong and is able to withstand out weights easily even when we tilt backwards on it and we even sit on it on turns with out toddler and he enjoys the feeling too. The round base of it in the bottom on which this entire recliner chair holds is made of super strong metal and is built to last long from what we have experienced till now. BONUS FEATURE: There is an outlet on the side of this chair where we are putting our cell-phones and even our tablet and use them when needed while resting on it. Few Minor Improvement Recommendations: A) The chair is super heavy and requires a bit of an effort to move it so once settled, its not too easy to move it. It would had been slightly better if the manufacturer had provided some wheels with locking mechanism below the chair to easily move it and this is something which the manufacturer can and should consider including in future generation of this otherwise superb chair. B) The fabric while really good is prone to getting dirty if not careful especially if eating while sitting on this chair. It would had been much better if an artificial leather like material was stitched on the arms at-least so that way if some food spills accidentally, it can be cleaned. Other than these few minor improvement recommendations, this recliner chair is a savior for us as it does 1) Relieve our back stress and pain and 2) Provides us ample opportunity to enjoy time with our toddler on it and relax. A good purchase for us surely.
