Good quality adhesive bandage
The media could not be loaded. Good quality elastic adhesive bandage and this is lightweight and grips on strong making it quick and easy to strap the injury and you don’t even need scissors as you can just tear the bandage when finished. Recommend

Lightweight and Lightly Adhesive
The media could not be loaded. I had this bandage in the 5cm width which seems to be best for ankles and wrists. I got this for some light support on an injury to my wrist. This is lightly adhexive, so it sort of sticks to itself with a build-up of layers, however, it's not the softest of materials - I found it a bit scratchy at first. It has a good amount of stretch to it - so the tightness can be controlled somewhat and I did feel a little support. The quality does feel better than what I've been buying in budget stores but I'm not so keen on the feel.I don't think this can be used directy on open injuries but it could be used to secure some padding or a gauze in place.Good length - around 5meters. Not the best value I've tried but not overly expensive either.

Great Tape
I recently had the opportunity to try out the Lightplast Pro by Actimove Sports Edition EAB Tape. I must say, I'm quite impressed with its performance and features. One of the first things that caught my attention was the QR code inside the box, linking to a channel of YouTube tutorial videos. These well-presented guides were incredibly helpful for a non-professional like myself, providing clear instructions on proper application techniques. The tape's flexibility is a standout feature. It offers light to medium support without restricting movement, which is crucial for maintaining natural motion during physical activities. I found it particularly beneficial for my teenage daughter's gymnastics practice, providing her with the extra support she needed for her knees without compromising her flexibility. The ease of use is another big plus. The tape can be torn by hand, eliminating the need for scissors - a small but significant convenience when you're trying to apply it yourself. Despite its easy-tear property, it adheres well and stays in place even during sweaty workouts.I was pleasantly surprised by how secure yet comfortable the tape feels when applied. It's noticeably different from traditional bandages, but in a good way - especially for managing strains and sprains. At around £6 per roll at the time of purchase, I find it to be reasonably priced, especially considering its quality and the included instructional resources. While it may take some getting used to if you're accustomed to traditional bandages, I believe the Lightplast Pro offers an excellent balance of support and freedom of movement. It's become a valuable addition to our sports kit, providing that extra bit of confidence during physical activities.Overall, I'd highly recommend this tape for anyone looking for flexible, easy-to-use joint support, whether for sports or daily activities. The combination of its performance, user-friendly design, and helpful tutorials makes it a standout product in its category.

Sports tape
Thought this was the stuff that sticks to itself and not the body, my mistake

Very useful tape
This is mostly suitable for sports activities, and I don't do anything like that! However, I find it useful for adding a bit of lightweight support to my wrists (I have rheumatoid arthritis). It's easy to use, and although it isn't a strong firm support (and isn't intended to be) it adds just that little bit. It's comfortable against the skin. It stays in place quite well and feels decent quality.Happy to recommend.

Very handy sports tape
I don't have much experience with sports tape, I might be wrong, but as far as I can tell this sports tape was really good! Gave me confidence in my ankle. I like it and shall be using it frequently.

Fit for Purpose
Gave this tape to a friend to try as he's been struggling with an ankle strain which has hindered his running ability. He likes this support. Easy to apply and remove. The tape can be torn without the need for scissors making it a good choice if you're out on a run. The adhesive power is also very good, surviving sweat and water and removal isn't too traumatic either. The width of the tape means it covers joints without using too much tapes so the near 7 metres in the pack will allow 5 - 6 applications. The support provided by the tape isn't over the top, light to medium, meaning that a full range of movement can be maintained by the joint it's applied to.Verdict: Nice sports support for niggles and light injuries. Reasonable price.

Good quality support sports tape
Good quality support tape for ankle support or injury. Adhesion is good but not excellent. Does the job nicely by providing good support and grip. Great value for money.
