This controller is amazing, I had my doubts at the beginning, but after 6 months, the controller is working with no issues, and most important, without drift on any of the sticks, there is room for improvement, one will be the A and B buttons, sometimes they feel weird when pressing them, like the membrane between the button and the board feels cheap or very soft, and second, this controller NEEDS a Wireless option, the length of the cable is great, but sometimes I switch between my OG controller, due the annoying usage of cable

Absolutely one of the best purchases I have made. I have owned 4 or 5 Microsoft branded controllers and every single one has got stick drift. I was tired of paying $60 every few months to replace, so I found Gamesir and and now I don't have to worry about it anymore. I highly recommend them, the customer support is top notch as well.

Do yourself a favor and spend the money to get a reliable controller. I use this controller on my Windows 11 PC. This being licensed by Xbox has been truly a let down. I am on my second controller. The first one stopped responding in less than a month after purchase so a second was sent out as a replacement. Now I sit with yet another controller that feels it should be in a constant scroll pattern and moves and performs how it feels. I have checked to see if there is an update via the Gamesir Nexus app and there is not. You can click to reset to default with the mouse and it will blink and then the scrolling begins again. This is an endless cycle it seems. I was forced to buy an official Xbox X /S remote to remedy the lack of cooperation of this Gamesir controller. Ofcourse this second Gamesir controller is now out of the return window and I have a nice Xbox branded paperweight to sit on my desk. If you’re still reading this, heed this warning.

I really like this wired controller. It seems very responsive and accurate. Although it was a little difficult to use at first, it now seems to work perfectly. I'll admit, I had to resort to the instructions to get it to work. I kind of expected it to "just work" when plugged in.When I first plugged it in, it caused the cursor to go to the bottom left corner of the screen. I could not get it to stop. So I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked correctly from that point. Over the few weeks I have been using it, it has done this a few times (only at startup), but always clears up once unplugged and plugged back in.Also, while it is able to turn on my Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, for some reason, it takes between 2-4 presses before it works. I am not sure if this is normal, but my Microsoft wireless controller always starts my Xbox on the first button press. Not a problem for me, but just curious why it doesn't work on the first try.For the price, I would recommend this controller if you are interested in a wired controller alternative.

I've been in the market now for controllers for a GOOD while now, and most controllers start AMAZING and then drift becomes an game of balancing a deadzone and actually being able to use it until drift becomes unmanagable.after 60+ hours of gametime, i've not even had a SLIGHT issue with drift. Must be because hall effect sticks are just the better option! It almost makes you wonder why other companies aren't using this? Because money. your controller breaks? buy another. more profit.Hall effect sticks simply clear the competition, as long as they're clean meaning try to cover the controller when not in use, put it in a bag or something.and as per why only 4 stars? SOMETIMES the triggers need that little extra pull force because they dont quite register immediately, but thats a few and far between issue.

For the price and the hall sticks, it's really a risk-free try.Controller feel is pretty good - it's not the body quality of the first party/Microsoft controllers, but it's decently heavy enough, doesn't feel like it's pushing the line of cheapness IMO at all.The care and love is in the joysticks, bumpers and triggers. The buttons are, fine, the membrane is pretty fair. They have a nice sort of groove pattern around the DPAD outer ring, bumpers, and top of the triggers. To my fingers, that texture fits pretty well, but it'll probably feel not as nice if you've a bigger or larger than average size hand maybe.I do agree the DPAD is left to be desired, but that's not really the purpose for this controller for me, and anything that is wanting intense DPAD play I just have a dedicated controller for, similar to a Saturn pad or just something with DPAD care in mind.I definitely feel like for this controllers pretty minor shortcomings, the price stands firm. If you want something to give a little more push in design there are plenty of other options, and this is a really nice replacement for my PS4 controller that has been Frankenstein'd in some areas due to it's wear and tear.
