Don't waste your time. Try another iron
The item came damaged and defective. Even if not defective and damaged the iron gets very hot on a cotton setting. It burns a lot of cotton clothes. It doesn't have a cut off when the iron gets hot. Only okay to iron linen that also with the powerful steam button usually broken its not even good for that
