Great supplement
When I heard that early European settlers had to live on bark porrage for a year when they arrived in North America, I felt sorry for them -- but this stuff is great -- as the original inhabitants told them. I put it in my oat poridge along with milled linseed -- probably healthier than honey for me and my microbiome. Tummy works more smoothly and I like the taste -- don't know about the other suggested benefits. Also about 100 times less expensive to buy by the kilo than in capsules from the high street-- fancy locking all that wonderful tastiness in a capsule!
