The William Morris At Home Advent is a really special calendar, the design is stunning! The authentic William Morris pattern in the most beautiful colours creates a sophisticated festive design with gold foil accents and a deep purple ribbon - the set feels very luxurious and the quality is amazing! I bought this as a gift for my mum and I can't wait to give it to her, I know she will love it. I couldn't resist opening the ribbon to have a look inside and the pattern over the advent windows is equally lovely, you could display it open or closed and both would look great. I love the idea of giving 24 travel sized gifts, especially as each one is decorated with another William Morris design. I have bought William Morris At Home products before and have always been really pleased with the quality and I love that they contain natural ingredients and are also vegan. This is excellent value for so many high quality products in one set and I also think the mix of products is fantastic - if you were to buy all the products separately you would need to spend much more and wouldn't get the beautiful calendar to display too!

The packaging is simply stunning - the gold foil glimmers when I pick it up, reflecting festive lights (yes, they are already up, a serious Xmas girlie here) and puts a twinkle in my eye. I move my fingers over Morris heritage prints and imagine how magical this time of the year used to be in England over a century ago. This is not just another advent calendar - it's a timepiece that can be cherished daily and bring you to the brink of the upcoming Christmas.Once I took a peek & opened it, I just couldn't resist and reached out for a couple of beauty treats. They are just so endearing, of course I had to try them already... Each one has a unique design, and the festive scents are just divine. Bath salts, fizzers and creams, all there inside, waiting to transport me in time to the Christmas day with my family, drinking eggnog and opening presents. I am sure there is more to discover and I can't wait, but for now I put on the hand cream, feel my skin soften and I close my eyes, thinking of cinnamon, mistletoe and festive magic.. Well, back to the review!I have already put the little hand cream in my handbag so I can carry the scent with me wherever I go. This has been the best advent calendar I have ever bought for a family member! A great price for a selection of products that smell divine; it was so good that I wanted to buy a second one just for me. Next Christmas, I might just buy two.

Really beautiful advent calender. I have purchased this brands handcream before so know that it is lovely. Bought the advent calendar while it was on offer. The products are very small & while the is a variety of scents there is not with the products. I enjoyed it but glad I didn't pay full price for it. The inclusion of a candle on the 24th would have made it much better.

I bought this for my teen but it would work really well for anyone, the calendar itself is well made of a thick card & beautifully decorated. The products inside smell wonderful & were fine for her eczema prone skin. Well worth the money.
