Out of all the flavors this one is the best hands down. I don’t know why it’s not more widely available. A little bit more on the sweeter side than I remember but the tartness of the cherries balances it out nicely. Makes you feel like you’re being bad, eating something so good but it’s actually all good for you! Love these bars and also love the fact that each one bought aids in saving the life of a child.

I'm done spending money on products that aren't what they seem to be. I recently switched to these assuming they wouldn't be as good, but at least not made with poison. They are totally different, but I can't imagine anyone taking a bite and having a negative reaction. They are great, both chewy and a little crunchy... oh and no poisons inside them ... what a neat way to make FOOD!!!!!!

These are just the best bars out there. I'm so glad they came out with this flavor - I really like their dark chocolate and cherry one too, but nothing compares to this one cuz.... well, this one taste like dessert! :DA friend of mine gave me a few This Bar Saves Lives a couple years ago and I've been hooked since. They all taste good, are filling and stay chewy, unlike many other bars. I am lactose intolerant, so I really appreciate a dairy-free choice like this one.Although it wouldn't sway me to buy it, it's cool that they donate a packet of food to a child when you buy a bar. ANY justification for my mid-day snack, amiright? I know it's hard to buy new food online, because you can't really see it, but trust me - these are AWESOME. Everyone in my family loves them!!!

I've been eating these bars for some time now. My wife likes the Chewy bar with the dark chocolate and peanuts in it, I like the Madagascar Almond. I like the theme of the company and I like the content of the bars. I use these bars to help get more fiber, the right fats, and minerals. I have at least one nut bar a day. So far I have no heart problem, no blood pressure problems, no diabetes, no med problems. I attribute a much of that to eating a lot of nuts (almonds, pecan, cashes, pistachios) of which these bars are one key part. Easy to grab and eat. What else can I say?

I really like these, but the ingredients listed in the description for the vanilla kind are different than the bars you actually receive. The old ingredients are listed, but your receive the updated product, which in my opinion has worse, but still decent, ingredients.There are several differences, and one is they now have “sugar” as an ingredient vs the natural sweeteners in the old one/the one listed in the description. They are still good, but I prefer the old ingredient list.

When I got a little hungry today and reached for this snack bar, I started reading the package. As I ate this very delicious flaver combo, I noticed it's Fair Trade ( good), Gluten Free (good), Non GMO, (good), Dairy Free (good), has size friendly almonds (good) and then I read the "We Eat Together " slogan on the package (INCREDIBLE! !!). It immediately reminded me why I originally purchased "THIS BAR SAVES LIVES" ...... for that exact reason. ... knowing I'm giving a meal to a hungry child in addition to enjoying a healthy snack. Somehow it made me smile a bit bigger .

I love these bars! They're so good and it's undeniable to say you don't feel good about buying a healthy snack for yourself and you're also helping feed children around the world.However...This is the second time I have ordered these from Amazon and gotten a box that wasn't full. Yes, I realize it was only one bar missing (received 11 instead of 12) but at the price point for these (approximately 1.90 a piece), I would like to receive the correct amount.I honestly can't say if it's Amazon or the company directly as the first box I ever ordered was damaged and only had 10 bars (Amazon did graciously refund the order so I could replace the items since they can't be returned) and this one had the box sealed and looks like it was a manufacturer error.Either way, great bars if you're looking for healthier bars that aren't chalky, gritty or overwhelmingly small for the amount of calories it has.

I bought an entire box of the Madagascar Vanilla Almond & Honey flavor after trying the variety pack (which I finished in 2 days), and am completely satisfied. This was my favorite flavor - just the right amount of sweetness but not too sweet. It has great texture and holds well together without being too sticky or chewy. I switched to this bar as part of a goal to eat more healthy - it has a lot of fiber and not too much sugar. I use it as a breakfast bar and an afternoon snack bar. Every bar sold goes towards feeding a child in need - this is a great bonus, but first and foremost it tastes great!
