i was abit sceptical at first since ive tried many different products similar to this and they never worked. This was going to be fhe last product i tried for my pcos and thankfully it worked. Its a great value for money as ive made a subscription. It does take around 2-3 months to see any sort of improvement. Its helped with my energy levels, slowed down my facial hair growth and theyre easy to consume. It may not work for everyone but id recommend trying it out as you never know.

Been taking just under two weeks so far my cycle hasn’t improved. I’ve broken out in the worst spots since I was a teenager. I’m bloating constantly. Honestly I have dealt with irregular periods pretty much all my life due to my PCOS and endo, but since starting on these in March (6 months ago) they have been regular, I have my energy and I sleep better. For me I had to start off with 1 a day with food for my body to handle taking (stop bad tummy side effects) but I am now up to 2 and feel so much better. I recommend these to everyone woman with PCOS.

These made my fingernails and hair look really good. The downside is I got quite bad headaches on the days I took them. I like the flavour and they are like sweets.
