I got this adapter because it appears that most soundbars don't have a 3.5mm jack input. I like to use my PC's eq to get my exact sound tuning. After searching for a·while, I have found the perfect device! Works great and produces great sound. Very easy to set up and use.

This successfully let's me use my soundbar with my desktop computer. The soundbar only worked with optical input, usb-drive, or bluetooth, however i use an ASIO, so those wouldnt be useable. What i needed was a 3.5mm input. The last item i bought worked only one-way, but this let's me plug directly into my ASIO, which allows me to use my DAW and midi keyboard with it. Only a couple hitches, however. When plugging the usb into my computer for power, it let a buzzing sound through with the same rhythm as my internal fans. Plugged into the wall works just fine. Unfortunately, the soundbar only powers it's own usb slot when it's selected as the source, so that wasn't an option. The second issue is only minor for me. Overall I prefer the quality of headphones, but it's nice to not wear them sometimes. The converter adds the smallest delay to the output, so playing the piano feels a bit sluggish. I know it's the converter since the headphones are connected to the same port via splitter and they lack any delay. This may be an issue in competitive games, but won't cause me any issues in my regular use.

Cet article m'a permis de me connecter à ma barre de son sans aucun problème . Le son grandement amélioré à comparer du son du téléviseur de 21 pouces. j'ai plus de basse car auparavant juste du son claire pour moi c'est suffisant.
