Works great, keeps me off the CPAP. Leg numbness went away. Better oxygen while sleeping.

Unfortunately, the product is not useful and does not stay in the nose at night. You also need to use strong nasal strips to keep the product in the nose and I did not see any benefit.

This nasal dilator is actually functional, I got one for my roommate and one for myself as we can't properly breathe and snore heavily. This one worked unlike the other dilators and it is more comfortable compared to other ones I had. Highly recommended!

Other products I will rub out of my nose in my sleep and lose in bedding. This I leave alone and breathe well.

I was a bit skeptical about trying a nasal dilator, but I’m so glad I gave this a shot! From the first night, I noticed a significant difference in how well I could breathe while sleeping. I used to wake up frequently due to stuffiness, but now I sleep more soundly and wake up feeling refreshed.

I have tried this product and so far the only thing I can say is that it not stay on my nose. I tried to use it several nights and every time I woke up to find it everywhere on my bed instead of in my nose.

I think I move too much sleeping and it always falls off. I works when it stays on.
