This drink mixer is awesome! We have only had it a few days, but we already have used it to make a few different drinks. Its easy to fill with the provided funnel so there's no leakage, it mixes drinks perfect so they taste amazing, and its pretty easy to clean. I will say that it is pretty big, but they include the size in the description. The app is awesome for using with this. I am excited to see what other drinks I can make with this!

We got a Barsys Coaster last year and we find the combination of the Coaster and the new Barsys 360 a great way to satisfy different use cases. Some friends have a Bartesian but we are really happy with the Barsys devices because unlike the Bartesian devices, there are no pods to buy and with the Barsys app and hardware, you can make any drink you want exactly the way you want from whatever ingredients you have on hand in your bar or kitchen.As cocktail newbies, we found using the Coaster to experiment and try out new drinks and to tailor drinks to our particular tastes really easy and simple with the Barsys app - initially, there were some bugs and annoying things with the UX/UI of the app, but almost all of these have been fixed in the latest updates and we've enjoyed exploring and discovering new drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and using the Coaster. The content on the app is also getting a lot better and more and more recipes and mixlists are available which makes it fun to use the devices.We find the main use cases for the Barsys 360 to be: 1) once you know your "signature" drinks/cocktails, the Barsys 360 is awesome at hosting events and parties where you can showcase these. The 360 allows you to host but not have to be the bartender all night - so you can enjoy the party instead of mixing drinks; 2) while perishable ingredients like juices, and some mixers can't be left in the machine for long periods of time, anything with a decent shelf-life can be left in and having the ability to push a button and have a nice Negroni tailored to your own tastes on demand is pretty awesome. Loading, flushing and cleaning aren't too much of a hassle with the app if you want a more complicated drink but that's why we also have a Coaster!One thing that we'd like to see to make the experience better is the ability to see a shopping list for the mix lists and to have a "starter" kit or kits that you can order with the device (or from nearby stores) so that the friction points of the out-of-the box experience are removed. When we first got the 360, we didn't take it out of the box for a few weeks because we didn't know what we should put in the reservoirs to best make drinks we liked - once we solved that problem, it was a lot easier to want to use the device.The best thing about the Barsys ecosystem vs competing products is the lack of "lock-in" to have to buy their pods and the flexibility to create whatever drinks you want. The company has made great strides in updating the UX/UI of the mobile app and the content and seeing this evolution has made the investment in the hardware worthwhile. Looking forward to seeing what else is coming....

My husband and I have been using the Barsys 360 for about a week now, and we’re already obsessed. It’s such a fun addition to our home bar setup! The cocktails are consistently good, and the app makes it super easy to customize drinks based on what we have on hand.We’ve only tried it ourselves so far, but I seriously can’t wait to have friends over and show it off—it’s such a cool experience and makes you feel like you’re at your own personal cocktail bar. Setup was simple, it looks great on the counter, and it’s been working flawlessly.Definitely a fun and unique upgrade if you enjoy entertaining (or just love a good cocktail at home!).

I have been waiting a bit since I bought the product to give it a review. Good concept but needs work. The app needs work. Editing drink contents using the Barsys app on the IPAD has bugs. Support has reached out to me multiple times on different occasions and I have had to explain the issue multiple times and everytime they reach out to me is sometime else asking for a video. The app is unstable. The Barsys 360 should have a measuring line on each reservoir so that I am able to specify exactly how much I have poured since the amount is required when setting up the contents of each reservoir. The cup that ships as part of the package is shipped separately which is a hassle to wait on. You can’t add ice to the cup, perhaps they they add a screen that protects the spinning blades in the cup so that ice can also be added. The ingredient section also needs work to allow it to be editable. If you have for instance more than one flavor of vodka, there are only two or so vodka’s default ingredient names you can pick from. As I mentioned, I was hoping support would have gotten back to me by now with some bug fixes but they have not.

The concept is cool but the app, which is required for use, kept crashing making it difficult to enjoy. Also, we used our 3 favorite liquors and 3 favorite mixers which limited the drink selections.

I want to like this but the software for this simply does not work! I've tried on multiple devices including ios and Android and either the app crashes or it won't load the library of liqour.I have spent so much time with support and they even did a release to try and fix the issues but in the end I returned the device.To make things worse it's the same app that controls my Barsys Coaster and now that doesn't work either!Their hardware is beautiful and there is so much potential. I bought their coaster when it was in the alpha release as I believed in what the company was promising. But the software development team have really let them down and the QA is either non-existent or really needs to rewrite their UAT scripts!Needless to say, the party I bought this for had to do with me being the bartender which was annoying for me as I was hoping for a break.
