Light weight, so easy to operate.
My mom loves this for trips. She can't walk far, so this gave her freedom on vacation to get every where and independence in the airports. No waiting for people to push her and we checked it at the airline gate, no issues. The battery is so easy to install and remove when needed. It's so light weight, any one can easily fold and put in the car. Battery lasted most of the long day of travel. Just bring the cord in case.

Need help
We have so enjoyed this wheelchair for my mom. It is lightweight, foldable, and ready to use as described. It arrived quickly, and there was minimal assembly required. I have recommended this wheelchair to several of my mom's friends' families.

RETURN WHEELCHAIR PLEASE
I want to return this wheelchair. It is too heavy to lift into the trunk and it barely fits. We can’t lift it. It was sent to us after the other choice was cancelled. Please return it. RETURN THIS WHEELCHAIR

Not 30
This advertised as 30lbs but its more like 40-50. I use the chair 3/4 of my day. WhenI fold this and go to lift it in the car it is a struggle as I am 5'2", 126lbs, and have very poor balance. I also located this same chair $100.00 less expensive.

Customer service is Great Value for Your Money is Great
So far best value I could find. Talked to company and told them I was on vacation and my other wheel chair broke, parts were unavailable for a month and a half - ordered and received my chair the next day. This company has all parts in stock. My husband had no trouble assembling it and I was up and going within half an hour. Everything worked well, turning radius was OK, speed is alright on straight away - only downside is the place I am staying has large inverted speed bumps and the chair has problems if you don't take the dip at the exact angle it likes. I would buy again.

Great chair!
For the chair alone I would have given 5 stars except for my very first trial run, the battery died after 3 blocks. I have great difficulty walking and I had to push the chair the 3 blocks back home. I suffered greatly having to do this. I'm hoping the manufacturer sends me a new battery without much hassle.

The support I received from the company was very good.
I am 81 with health issues requiring a 2nd wheelchair that wife could lift into the car. I had some mechanical issues with the Rubicon DX04 not worth mentioning here because their technicians always returned calls and eventually solved problems sending me parts and even a new battery. Everything works well now (I think it was the battery all the time). Anytime one buys a mechanical device something can go wrong be it a car or a wheelchair. So, what the most important thing I consider is Will thecompany support their product? This campany supports their product. In fact at the hospital yesterday a young man and his invalide mother asked me all about my Ruicon and I even showed them how to buy one.

Perfect for our use!
My husband searched for quite some time before we purchased this chair. #1 it had to be light enough and easy enough for me to be able to lift it and get it in and out of the car for him. I’m 72 years old, and I am able to do that. #2 it needed to have a good battery, and having the gage on it so you can see the battery level makes that perfect. At first, he kind of wanted to be able to lift one arm up to make it easier to get in and out from some situations, and he found he could remove one screw to be able to do that, but it made folding it and putting it in the car a lot more awkward (as it flopped around) and we ended up putting the screw back in and he really doesn’t have any problem with it. If possible, his only thought was he wished it were about 3-4 inches higher, because he can stand long enough to turn and drop into a seat and this model is a lot lower to the ground, making sitting down a little harder and getting up even more difficult-but we realize making it higher/taller would also add more weight and make it harder to get into the car/hatch. Before this purchase, he had a Rollator type chair with no motor and I had to push him, so we find this much better, along with being light enough for me to lift. A very good purchase for us.
