my husband has a herniated disc in his neck, and we were told that he had to do something too open up the discs in his neck and upper back. I found this one after searching through multiple products, and I like the fact that he didn’t have to sit in one place For a period of time every day. He could walk around do the things he needed while he was doing the physical therapy he was told to do.

It really works. Good relief for your neck. After using it for 15-20 mins you feel the relief.

Only issue is I have a hard time keeping it on neck as I’m a big dude, Velcro is always popping off when I start getting it fully inflated

I bought this when I had a pinched nerve in my neck and it was well worth it. I could only stand for about 5 minutes at a time before the pain would make me feel sick to my stomach and it was 5 days before I could get in to see the doctor. This gave me enough relief so I could stand and do what I needed to do.I did need to go through PT, but this was a lifesaver for me.I found it held the pressure nicely as long as the bb was in the right place. When you're done using it, it deflates and folds up nicely back in the box.

I got this along with a back wheel they both are giving me the same reaction.This was Amazing the first few times. I sleep with my neck down every night, and every morning in pain. (Now don’t use it often)This made that completely go away. The past like 3 times I don’t know what the heck changed I used it like 15 minutes yesterday today my neck can hardly turn. It hurts so bad, and I can’t move it to crack it. I tried to use it again just now to see if I could get any relief for like 10 min, and it hurts EVEN WORSE. Why am I having such bad luck with stuff. I loved this soooo much at first, it was the best my neck felt ever, and I don’t think I’ve changed anything- I think it’s just forming around my neck weird which I tried adjusting the Velcro- so I either have the Velcro pulled all the way which chokes me, or hardly on which kills my back. It needs another strap. I’m going to see if I can return this (my dad cleaned out boxes to recycle to ugh idk if I can now) I need to find another product maybe

Good job I had pain in my neck for two weeks and that doctors and chiropractor did not help me but this item works and I am going for days without pain 👍🏽👍🏽.
